However, IMO, If she wants to go the new document route, the new papers will carry the old registration number on one of the sections so I don't see a room for police harassment, but she can alternatively just do a change of ownership & maintain the same reg. number.

hello, if u don't mind my replying to this post, let me inform u that u cannot find class E information on d website.
As at date, only class D is available. Driver licence cannot be done by proxy, please make sure you are present to get capture or you will be driving with a fake.If your driver licence done by proxy has expired which is of course a fake, u will be required to apply as a fresher.


Presently driver license can be gotten from start to finish within 24 workings or 48hrs at most. Thank you

Though I did the license in proxy (absent), but it has all the necessary security attached to it and have used it severally in the past before it expired.

Well, I was thinking the new website or database might not capture the old license (2008), not withstanding, I will go to the office and see things for myself.
