This means martial has competition on that LW, serious one for that matter if perisics eventually comes. Its a good thing anyways, seems we have supposedly solved the LW
but seem to have alternative players manning the RW.

Well let's wait until the window is closed and then we can really assess how balanced the team is after all the signings are in and deadwoods out.

1)Leading and communicating;

Think about a scenario in your past experience where you've been a leader (team lead) and you were able to carry your team along and communicated well with them

2) Building capability for all;

Has to do with you identifying that your team member is lacking a skill and how you went about it.
