To support what you said, as soon as a child is born, Satan starts attacking immediately by trying to establish permanent impure thought patterns in the Child. I never knew anything about lust as a child until it was forced into my mind during a live TV Program through sex in a movie and they were making funny strange noises. That stock in my mind permanently!

Every Christian can take a prayer of confession and repentance at the beginning withouth receiving the impartaion of the Holy Spirit. The consequence is that they'd still find themselves bowing to sinful acts.

Remember, Peter (or was it Paul) was always asking new Christians, "Have you received the gift of the Holy Spirit?"

That's why we all need to totally yield to the in-filling and ministration of the Holy Spirit. Flesh profiteth nothing, it's the Spirit that empowers us to live above the works of the flesh.

Simple: pray and fast seriously, counter that negative dream with the right scriptures too.

God is not interested in your death; such dreams can only be satanic.

You've only quoted a fraction of the scripture. Mammon is NOT the devil per se. It is the spirit behind money and material things which can make people love money/material things above God. You'll see that if you read beyond verse 24, Jesus counseled against always being obsessed about "what to eat, drink & how one would dress". All these are linked back to money, and when pursued OBSESSIVELY, God is no more a priority, then it can be said that one is worshipping Mammon.
