*THE PURE WORD*

Your struggles with sexual temptation, when overcome, equip you to encourage others facing similar battles. God doesn't waste your pain—He redeems it by using your experience to help others find freedom.

You have unique credibility with people struggling as you have struggled. They can't dismiss your encouragement as naive or ignorant because you've walked the same path. Your understanding comes from experience, not just theory.

Your struggles also give you compassion rather than judgment. You know how difficult the battle is, how persistent the temptation can be, and how shame feels. This compassion creates safe space for others to be honest about their struggles

As you grow in purity and experience God's faithfulness, you can testify to others that freedom is possible. Your story provides hope to those who feel trapped, showing them that God's grace and power are sufficient for sexual sin just as they've been sufficient for you.

This doesn't mean you must achieve perfect purity before encouraging others. Even in the midst of your battle, you can encourage fellow strugglers. You're further along the path than some, and you can extend a hand to help them move forward.

God comforts you in your struggles partly so you can comfort others. Your pain has purpose. Your battles have meaning. Your progress can inspire others. Let God use your experience for His kingdom.

It's absolutely depressing, whereas their counterparts working in NNPC and FIRS are receiving bogus allowances every new year with hefty salaries.

The salary for the month for state civil servants that have worked for 15 years is barely 200,000 naira which is less than 200 dollars which is the amount earned by someone clearing grass in a day in UK.

Once the civil servant gets his salary at the end of the month, he goes depressed as the money can't take him home.

Due to high cost of rentage, he joins contribution of 80,000 naira for 10 people, and this money is for the Landlord at the end of the year.

He gives his wife 60,000 naira for feeding and the wife grudgingly collects it as it is impossible in this present economy to survive with that amount.

He spends on transportation, he also has dependants like his dad and mum and siblings and also hospital bills for his family and that of his parents.

The salary he was receiving 10 years ago has more value than the present salary as naira was stronger then.

The future looks very bleak for the civil servant as there is no more gratuity unlike before as it is now contributory saving as it is what you save is what you will be paid when you retire.

No wonder Directors are now quitting their duty post and travelling out of the country because they see no hope.
