But your govt are far from being proactive and the simple reason I know is because they choose not to be proactive for they simply do not have the capacity
Fresh example;
Hundreds of public servants are been owed of their legitimate salaries ranging from 11months to 24months
Thousands have had incomplete salaries for over 3years just because IPPIS isn't effective, but Universities have mathematicians, statisticians and accountants all over Nigerian Universities that could make IPPIS effective. And I bet the govt does not perceive it an emergency situation
That's wickedness
That's heartless
That's careful and conscious abuse of your fellow citizens
That's a direct creation of monsters of their children, demonstrating to them that "legitimate dealings/engagement doesn't pay"
