I do not make conclusions on pictures like this because it doesn't show exactly what is happening at the minutes they were taken. The pictures of the lawmakers looking so inattentive may well have been taken before the meeting was started properly. You have to wait until you are done with NYSC. This is because, the NYSC certificate is a compulsory requirement for the scholarship. All you need to do as an undergraduate is to prepare yourself to get the minimum requirements. Try to make first class or atleast high second class upper. Get awards, try to publish your undergraduate project.
