Coupled with introduction of free education, and provision of good road networks and others. Likewise, visionary leaders like Otedola, Jakande, and Tinubu who eventually created a new master plan for Lagos. BRF played a pivotal role in laying a modern Lagos foundation which is successor Ambode is trying to out perform. Lagos is going to places and would with time be the strongest state in the entire Africa.
