A real estate developer with office in Lekki requires the services of qualified persons to fill this position.

Responsibilities:

> Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients
> Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists, plumbing engineers.
> Analysis and interpretation of client's brief into a design that enhances the client's concept
> Sketching client's concept and creating highly detailed drawings and design using design software
> Developing digital models of drawings
> Provide technical and business consultative leadership throughout the technical life cycle of technical
> Processing approvals

Requirements:
> B.Sc in relevant discipline.
> Minimum of 4 years working experience
> Must be experienced and vast in the deign of contemporary building projects.
> Ability to render using modern software.
> Ability to pay attention to details.


Salary: N80,000 - N120,000
