Dramadiddy: Lol...there's stll mre work...the result pays so much..what I will suggest for u concerning a tutor is that u find someone good on the piano, that you can meet once every week...not to teach you but to guide you...Do not allow someone fully teach u anything, there's a joy U get when learning something in music on your own..Anytime u discover something, although its not new, you would feel like no one knows it, but the best thing is to get a mentor/teacher that can keep you on track

For five litres of Germicide (izal) use the following measurements:

1.Texapon------------1/2 tin milk cup

2. Pine oil------------ 1 cup

3. Phenol-------------1 cup

4. Lysol---------------1 cup

5. Carbolic acid------1 cup

6. Izal concentrate---1 cup

7. Izal booster--------1 cup

8. Whitener----------1/2 cup

9. Water--------------1.5 litres

Note: you can always increase the quantity of your whitener if you feel it's not white enough.

Like if i want to varie the litres of production base on my desire like 7lit, 25lit, 15lit etc becos i understand that the demand for it may not be so high so that one will not produce in excesses or is there a specific range of litres for production?

Strongbest: Sorry about that. As for making soap without caustic soda, well, you might still have a 'soap' but if we must go by what soap really is, then lye (caustic soda) is inevitable. The chemical reaction that yields or gives soap is known as saponification, which is simply the reaction between oil or fat. The caustic soda doesn't really remain in the soap as 'caustic soda' after the reaction if combined in the right proportion. The caustic soda is usually used up to give soap. Don't know if my explanation is clear enough.

The machine is manually operated and the production technology is simple.
Boil wax, add stearic acid and some other chemicals. Allow it to cool, then pour into the machine molds to solidify.Then eject from the machine and package.With N50000.00, you are in business. And candle sells!
