please all the good farmers on Nairaland, I really need your help. my birds(broilers) I noticed they are passing out green stool. one was unable to walk, lame, lost appetite and emaciate. have rough feather. the stool is so green, unformed, with yellow. but others were active but notice some are dozing. I watched closely on their stool and noticed it was green with white, solid formed without blood stain.

I was told its fowl cholera. I used terracin + septrin.. later Ganamycin( a gentamycin) still on it.

My question.......... an experienced farmer told me its fowl cholera. consultant said, its Newcastle.

To big farmers here........( farm tech) and other pls bail me out. (cholera or Newcastle? drug to use?) pls they are 12wks plus ( Lasota & gumboro observed

okay thanks sir. but the comb just bend with tiny spot put the dark spots was not on there faces. I was told its fowl pox and was asked to use solution A with antibiotics and I used terracing. I was later recommended iodoceryl which am yet to administer. are they the same iodo and neo?

If u want to put them in a cage , then put them in a cage that has iron net so dat d liter can drop to d floor then if they are on d floor make sure water dosent pour on d wood shavings and regularly change it

Pls I noticed my broilers are somehow dirty. I do change their beddings(wood shaving) but within 2day everything is dirty and soaked which make their body to be dirty. I put them in cage. Pls any method to help as wood shaving is very scarce now to get. Pls advice

Well done op. Pls I have this question to ask. How can one rear turkey organically? We buy feeds for them and they are doing well or will the organic method makes them grow more and cut cost. Is there any disadvantages with this method pls I need information

foreign turkeys are always bigger than hybrid. And for the transportation, between N1000 to N1500 will take care of them to ekiti, i will send those birds through public transport and they will surely deliver them to you.
