I HAVE BEEN HEARING DIFFERENT RUMOUR ABOUT THE 2015 BATCH B YOUTH CORPS,SOME PEOPLE SAID THEY WILL BE GOING BY NOVEMBER WHILE SOME SAID NEXT YEAR .SO I WANT TO KNOW THE EXACT TIME THEY WILL BE GOING.

I have a friend.She has been dating this guy for the past two years now,their parents know each other well and there is this assurance that they will get married.
The Guy has a good Job but He always tell the Lady that He will start taking care of her after their wedding.Wen this Lady was still in school,the guy send Her money twice in a year(5000)naira each.This guy always tell her that"U know am not the stingy type.Am just taking my time"
So my question now is when should a man takes up a Lady's responsibility.Is it before or after marriage?
