Army are not trained to maintain peace

They are trained to kill

There is a difference between those you swore to protect and external aggressors. While the Army can eliminate external hostilities, they should contain internal dissent.

However, in this case, why is the army even deployed to monitor protesters when we have the police, Civil defence and road safety.
