Dear N-Power Batch C (Stream 1) Beneficiaries.

Our attention has been drawn to a frivolous information trending online, stating that the payment of October and November stipends will commence before the Christmas celebration. For the records, such information is false and should be disregarded.

Recall that we had informed you prior to this time, stating clearly that the payment of October and November stipends which was scheduled to officially begin on Wednesday (8th December 2021) had been indefinitely suspended till further notice. The reason for this unplanned action was clearly stated.

Again, we hereby use this medium to warn beneficiaries (who are desperately seeking means to get paid) to beware of fraudsters masquerading as N-Power officials. Do not share your account details with anybody.

However, we regret the inconveniences our delayed payment may have caused you. We restate our commitment and promise to get back on track soon.

Lots of Npower Batch C Volunteers having payment issues are fond of making the following mistakes below when making complains to Npower NASIMS

1) Long Messages: Please if you are an N-Power Batch C Volunteer having payment issues, please avoid writing long messages to Npower when laying your complains, always keep your messages short.
2) Npower ID: Lots of Npower Batch C Volunteers are fond of making the mistake of not sending in their Npower ID when making complains to Npower, please if you are an N-Power Batch C Volunteer and you want your issues to be resolved promptly the first thing to send to Npower is your Npower ID.
3) Not Sending Their NASIMS Names: Quite a handful of Npower Batch C Volunteers having payment issues are guilty of this, most Npower Batch C Volunteers fail to send their Npower NASIMS profile names when making complains to Npower, please always send your Npower NASIMS profile names when laying your complain with respect to payment issues.
4) Account Names: Majority of Npower Batch C Volunteers having payment issues do not send their account names when making their complains to Npower, please if you are an N-Power Batch C Volunteer having payment issues please always send your bank account names as it appears on your bank account.
5) BVN Number: Please avoid sending your BVN number to Npower, you can only send your BVN names, your BVN number is not necessary, when laying your complain concerning payment issues.
The above issues if not well spelt out will not enable Npower to address your payment issues timely.

Npower: 6 Reasons Why Most Npower Batch C Volunteers Are Having Payment Issues

If you are an N-Power Batch C Volunteer these are the reasons why you were not paid.

1) Name Mismatch: Please this is extremely important, any Npower Batch C Volunteer whose profile Npower profile names do not match the names on the BVN print out and the account names, the N-Power batch C applicant will not be paid.
If the names on your Npower NASIMS portal is John Doe Ann, the names on your BVN should also be John Doe Ann, regardless of the order of arrangement, at least two out of the three names must match.

2) Wrong Account Number: Lots of Npower Batch C Volunteers felt they inputted the right account number during Npower registration but to ones greatest surprise they either omitted a number or erroneously supplied the wrong account number, if your account number is not correct you will not be paid.

3) Failed Physical Verification: Yes, it is possible that an N-Power Batch C Volunteer failed the N-Power physical verification exercise, probably due to discrepancies in age, documents and errors in the thumbprint during the N-Power fingerprint enrollment, others might include impersonation, probably the Npower volunteer that did the initial thumbprint was not the Npower volunteer that did the thumbprint at the Npower physical verification center.

4) Missed Npower Physical Verification: If you missed the Npower physical verification exercise you will not be paid, another Npower physical verification exercise would commence at a date to be communicated to all Npower Batch C Volunteers.

5) Account Not Linked: Some Npower Batch C Volunteers account have not been linked please if your account have not been linked you will not be paid.

6) Failure To Upload PPA letter to Npower Portal: If you are an N-Power Batch C Volunteer and you failed to report to your PPA as at when due and failed to upload the signed PPA onto your Npower NASIMS portal you will not be paid.

To proffer a bit of solution and respite to the above issues all Npower Batch C Volunteers are to send their Npower ID and correct information to support.npower@nasims.gov.ng
