Ok. The point is people shouldn't apply because they are certified. They should apply because they can code.

No caring about certificate is a call for mediocres

From experience, many with certificates are mediocres. Some self-taught are way better.

Either way, we only consider being able to code, not being certified.

Flexible work period: Either 8-5 or 9-6.
