As for me I want the UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE. Its very obvious that whoever wins the champions league is regarded as the most successful. Even if we win the league and madrid wins the champions league I would never be happy. Seriously without the champions league this season, I wont call it progress. I really don't pay any mind to being la liga favourites.

You guys should leave all these side talks and distractions because as far as I'm concerned, there is still no suitable backup for MSN right now, and season is almost here upon us.

Atletico has strengthened their forward line, likewise Madrid and even Sevilla. Something has to be done, otherwise I see Barca coming short this season.
Our board should act fast and sign an old but reliable striker.

Barça seriously needs a right-back

so the real problem will remain at RB position.


Sergi Roberto is fabulous and good

That's actually a very good question, because that guy is bad,

His 45 minutes against liverpool were the worst we've seen from his career at barca which hasn't been exactly filled with highlights.


He didn't provide any
support or width when
Barça had the ball,and he was simply obscene
defensively.


There was a specific play that happened
about 217 times in the
first half:

JAMES FREAKING MILNER would get the ball and
pass it to Coutinho, Vidal would rush to
Coutinho with absolutely zero chance of tackling him, the full-back would overlap,
Coutinho would give the ball back to him, and JAMES FREAKING MILNER would run free on the
left side while Vidal looked to a disgusted
Luis Enrique on the sideline.
Vidal was so bad he wasreplaced at halftime, and Roberto was solid as always.
I've been an advocate of signing a fourth
forward thinking "hey,
Vidal might find his game without the shadow of Dani Alves, we might be fine at right-back."

Turns out we don't need a fourth forward
(Munir is Munir,but he's fine) and a right- back is an obligation.


Barça is just too good of a team that they can play without a RB and
win everything,but it's insane that we're
going from the greatest full-back to douglas 2.0

That list consists of outright players that are not better.
Lahm and Alves are pure old school

My club is the best football club in the world for what it has achieved and is still achieving since it was created; that's why I would argue but won't slate a Barca/Bayern fan who thinks his team is the best.If none of my players is the best in his position, how come we have won the most UCL(europe's biggest club comp.) titles in the last 5 yrs?

If your criterion for selecting the best club(s) in world football are the teams ''bossing'' each leagues for a specific period, then you have a long way to go in football analysis.Moreover, what the aforementioned teams are simply doing is monopolising their leagues.How do you expect teams to challenge for titles in those leagues when the top dogs(Bayern, Juve, PSG) keep taking the best players from opposition teams.In Spain, I wouldn't say Barca is bossing the league because both Madrid teams have won the title in recent years and I don't see Barca winning the title next season.

He was called up by the NT(which I surmise he would have been a starter), but was replaced due to the injury he picked up in the UCL final.Benitez is a tactically inept coach and was the major reason Madrid failed to win the league last season.

Only Lahm and Alves are currently better(both are past their peaks); Juanfran is arguable, although Carvajal has been better for me in the past 2 seasons.Remember, he is just 24 and has the ability to surpass both Alves and Lahm when he hits peak form.The remaining two I can't take serious, Carvajal is streets ahead of both.
