I have this too for a long time now. Since 2017 av had this swelling around my left ball. It gives mild pain and have gone to hospital. It is said to be varicocele but I have not had it treated via surgery (which I learnt is the solution). I just hope it doesn't cause me any damage as I plan to get treatment soon.

Bro I've been on this same issue for more than two years. Mine is on my right testicle. It comes and goes but has been persistent lately. I've been jumping from one hospital to another but still no diagnosis up till now. Physical examinations always show that there are no swellings or lumps present. This was my most latest urinalysis and testicular scan from a teaching hospital that still show everything is ok with me. But pain is still there. I'm now used to showing female radiologist's and female doctors my gbola as I'm most times unfortunate to be attended by them.

While i am not defending the man soludo, I think through infrastructures like this one, just are also created. I learnt they have eateries, shops etc in the Fun city. So I was finally able to purchase a splendid looking pixel 6pro from @nikedeeds just about a week ago.
