Go and read again. Father, mother and 4 children lived in Lagos. They quarrel and got separated. The man forcefully took the children to Anambra for his sisters to hide them so that his wife will not take custody of them. His sister is now maltreating the children and locking them up. The mother discovered their whereabouts and reported to the Ministry that rescued them.
