The moment those teams were announced this nomination was seen. I don't understand why y'all are insulting them after predicting it yourself.
Vee with her friend Laycon who is also close to Neo meant they weren't going to put him up.
Neo with his friend Ozo in the same team meant they weren't going to put Vee up.
As far relations in that house go, Neo and Vee have played the game well, and they deserve to reap the rewards. Even if Biggie had used the normal nomination system they had a good chance to escape. Laycon, Neo and Nengi wouldn't put Vee up, also Laycon, Vee, Ozo and Nengi wouldn't put Neo up.

Let's take away the bottom 2 from last week ( Vee and Lucy) the weak housemates. That leaves Laycon, Nengi, Kidd and Tricky.

We've seen Prince, Kidd and Tricky in the bottom 6. Tricky topped Kidd two weeks ago, that week Kidd had 5.62% with Erica also up. Last week with Erica safe and not yet disqualified (voting closed on Thursday, she acted up on Saturday and was DQed on Sunday) we can assume that her fans contributed heavily to his 16%.

For all we know Nengi is as strong as Dora. 3bear has always put Nengi around Erica,Ozo and Dora. Assuming Dora is stronger than Nengi is mistaken. They are most likely about equal in strength.
Laycon last week with Nengi, Kiddwaya (+ some Elites),and Tricky up got 41.41%. The way i see it? Ozo, Nengi and Dora are of about equal strength. If Ozo was up in place of Nengi last week he wouldn't have reached 20%, also if Nengi was up this week instead of him she wouldn't have gone home.

Quick facts: With Laycon DHoH and safe, if Vee had joined this lineup........she wouldn't have gone home.

Anyway, whether they have same mental capacity or not, Laycon should say the occasion it happened so if it's the truth, Erica and those that thinks he's lying or manipulative will give it a rest. PS: Erica can use your analogy to say She was or wasn't tipsy and Laycon could be drunk or didn't have the mental capacity and hence thought they attempted to kiss.

The point he was trying to make is one can see that someone is drunk but can't say for sure how much.
