Do you live in Lagos ? The reason they can do this is Ambode is not as popular among the voters as some might think. If he was as popular as Fashola in 2011 APC wouldn't have tried this .

Hana!!! So because Tinubu his supporting a candidate it's no longer democracy?
You can blame the people for following him but you can stop them from voting for their (his) choice. That is what democracy is, accepting that your choice is not universal and that everyone is entitled to his/her vote, no matter what you think about their choice.
Just so you know, people using their popularity and influence to campaign happens everywhere from America to London to Russia to Germany.

I think if Tinubu's support makes Sanwo-Olu win, it's not a case of our votes not counting it's a matter of popularity in Lagos especially at the grassroot level.
It's like kwankwansiyya in kano, and i don't see anything wrong with it.
