Take this for a fact, the most criminally minded Nigerians in the diaspora are the........... Fill in the gap. |
Arsenal is scoring 5 goals in this match. Mancity no go rest. |
The Nigerian economy is very volatile for businesses now. Even businesses carefully planned and invested upon face untimely demise. I would advise, if you do not have a bankable skill or skill-sets, please do everything to get one. eg 1. Digital skills : web design, UI/UX, data analysis. You can work remotely and earn globally. 2. Tech skills: software engineering, cybersecurity, cloud computing. High demand, high income. 3. Teaching (Foreign exam boards) : mastering curricula like Cambridge,WJEC, AQA, IB and Edexcel can be extremely lucrative. Many Nigerian parents are willing to pay well for IGCSE and A-Level tutors. You can teach in schools, run private lessons, or even earn in foreign currency online( I personally fall within this capacity) 4. Agricultural skills: poultry, fish farming, crop production. People must eat, no matter the economy. 5. Creative skills: video editing, content creation, social media management. Platforms like TikTok and Instagram can literally become your income stream. My Last Bullet: Don’t just hustle, skill up. That’s how you stay ahead, no matter how tough things get. Even in the times of WAR, people still dey make am. Wise! |
I married at 29 and wifey was 23... Rough at the beginning but we are 9 years together now. we r both financially stable and I would marry my wife, again, again again and again. One thing marriage did to me was it made me double-up in my hustles and invest like an obsession. |
Many Ignorant guys here ooo.... Teaching is now very lucrative if you have the onions and the skill set, Chatherhouse, Rugby school, Regent, AIS etc pay some of their teachers 1m and above based on negotiating prowess and a vast knowledge of foreign exam board like Cambridge, Edexcel, WJEC, AQA, IB etc. and not your regular WAEC school teachers who are paid peanuts with low self esteem. My online lessons alone teaching Sociology,History and Psychology across Cambridge/AQA/EDEXCEL in both O-level and A levels respectively alone make me see 2.5m(naira) monthly, not alone, adding my basic salary. So the ignorant ones should continue to bask in their sheer ignorance. Knowledge and information are a great source of power. Stay informed or remain deformed, Over! |
kuntash:Tactically formidable....... Ode! |
Sonofgod1990:No i am not, i just don't follow baseless gist. Besides the dude quoted me with his accusation |
Omo mumu haterz full this thread ooo.... Arsenal match successes continue to bedevil a lot of these nitwits |
bluefilm:How does my post promote shady investments like the likes you mentioned? Are you normal or ok? |
Clean sheet and a straight 3 points still for Arsenal. Haters go CRY |
Win or draw your match first b4 u shoot at Arsenal......slowpoke Franking: |
It's easy but you must be religious following all these steps. 1. Sever all ties with her e.g block all your connections with her via social media, pictures, her friends whom you know through her. I mean everything that will bring back her thougjhts through your mind. 2. If possible take a break from the same atea where you both have had romantic past together because this will always bring emotional flash backs. In fact if feasible, take a vacation or relocate if you both reside in same vicinity. 3. Follow all the aforementioned regiously and thank me later. Also while you adhere, time will always be your most healer. Dont forget to kewp your mind productive by making money legitimately. You be fine bro. |
Koppaguard:The same teaching you demonised brought me my wealth and fortune. Shey u just dey buy your first car. When 21st century teachers are earning millions every month from teaching international exams online and earning good paycheck from Cambridge schools across Nigeria. No job is worthless. All you need are the required skills and staying informed. Some teachers are earning more than your so called tech.guys .Dont play |
! |
Tell your friend, if he or she is skilled in teaching IGCSE mathematics then I can help recommend him/her to my contacts in Startrite,Regent schools, Springhall,Abuja world, Noblehall etc. You see these aforementioned schools and some fully Cambridge inclined schools in Abuja, we call then Champions-league schools, they can pay your contact up to 600k monthly and above. But the question is does your contact have the technical know-how? I read through many ill-informed comments here about teaching and I just shake my head as regards most Nigerians and their pathetic stereotypes about teaching in Nigeria. If you all knew how much Cambridge Teachers are earning from their lessons alone, not alone adding up their salaries you would beg to be Cambridge Teachers. The thing is, you can't give what you don't know and you will never earn in millions over primitive and fixed mindset. Only Teachers teaching in fully certified Cambridge schools enjoy the profession. If you want to be in this league, upgrade yourself and leave behind your Nigerian based exams mentality. I rest my case for now. |
saintruky:Sure mail me |
Hmmm, different strokes for different men. Mine has been private lessons. Teaching online IGCSE History,Sociology,Psychology(Edexcel), n AQA History(Alevel). I have both local and UK based students. On average on a monthly I earn 2million naira from these lessons alone... Na God dey do am. If you doubt me then you know nothing about the new generation of Cambridge Teachers. Over! |
Kingdavid579:Kai you are very ignorant. Even the guy in question is just like every other skill-less, unproductive and unenlightened graduates Nigerian universities produce every year. The problem is not even teaching. I earn more than half a million naira as basic salary and twice my salary on my monthly lessons. Do the math, e go shock you. If you don't have the right skills and technical know-how you can't thrive in any industry. Same applies to teaching. Let him go and acquire how to teach Cambridge subjects and build his experience in a Cambridge school. Then the sky is just the beginning. No be everybody must learn tech, Teaching pays if you know the way. |
KingOfTheDamned:Do you think we Yorubas care if you hate or love us. The fact that you could express your hate in a faceless forum shows how weak n coward you are. Leave that primitive enclave you stay, travel out and see how Nigerians love Nigerians irrespective of tribe. Village Prince warrior.....Osinwin! |
dacillin:Yes in Lagos most are on the Island. However, Cambridge schools are becoming common on the mainland Lagos too...look around Ikeja, Maryland, Festac/Satellite town, Surulere etc. Remember one important factor that precipitates Cambridge Schools, is the cost of the exams. Hence, the main reason why you find the notable ones in a highbrow area. You can't expect a school with a tuition of 9million naira a session to be situated in Ajangbadi....Another thing, take a que away from Lagos, Cambridge schools are also scattered around big cities in Nigeria. Port, Abuja etc. The idea is to go where the money is because the money will never come to you unless you take these giant steps. I remembered when I left youth service, having known that I was heading into teaching, I had to leave my family house on the mainland and went sqautting with my married sister on the island because of the prospect of finding a better paying teaching job. Today, I bless God for that singular decision. |
As we herald a new teaching transfer window, I will like to sensitise some upcoming teaching professionals in the house. Truely information is all the paraphernalia you need to beat Sapa and propell your teaching career into the right trajectory. I repeat, this is to those amongst us who still don't know how massively lucrative the teaching job could be. Oya let's go there..... 1. If you are a starter in the industry(fresh grad, less then 2yrs in the field etc), please find any school within your proximity or targeted location/city/state where they run the Cambridge Exams/curriculum e.g CAIE, Pearson Edexcel etc please note that emphasis are on the exams. These schools, at your starter level, must not be a registered Cambridge School(where Cambridge exams are written), Non-registered Cambridge schools still write Cambridge exams via British Councils or partner with other registered schools. The nitty-gritty here for you as a teacher is to build that subject-curriculum experience that will pave way for greater opportunities ahead. 2. If you find yourself in a hybrid school, Our infamous British or Cambridge/Nigerian Curricular schools, please place your priorities on mastering the Cambridge Subjects within your professional purview. 3. Go for CPDs and PDQs but these should be secondary as compared to finding a school that runs the exams because no amount of money you pay for these qualifications will best equip you with the mastery of subjects than the on going experience you gather from teaching these Cambridge subjects. 4. If you are in the Humanities(cus I am) please drop your Nigerian subject-knowledge mentality behind. In fact discard it completely, I mean subjects like commerce, Government, Social Studies,CRK, Civic Education they will never earn you money. Replace your hold of these subjects with Business Studies, History, Global perspectives,Sociology, Religious studies and to mention a few other Cambridge subjects. Remember these are the subjects in Humanities, Champions-league schools will demand for when you have equipped yourself with a couple of years of experience in these facet. 5. Do not despise your humble beginning, especially when you are learning how to teach these subjects. Most of these small schools that run these Cambridge exams might offer you peanut at these stage but look after the bigger picture, you are building an immense intellectual capital and profile for yourself. Give it 3-4 years after u have produced 2 to 3 IGCSE sets then your confidence level for those Champs league schools will be astronomical. I remember recently a close colleague refusing a 650k basic salary offer from one of the Champs League schools in Lagos after 3weeks he received another offer of 750k offer which he finally considered. Trust me guys, we all started our journey similarly. No Nigerian University or college of Education will teach you how to become a successful Cambridge teacher. 6. My last bullet.....There is no Nigerian-EXAM school that can pay you up to 500k basic salary as a subject teacher. Compare the school fees and cost of writing exams between Nigerian-exam schools and Cambridge-exams schools in Nigeria. The answer is glaring and even visible to the blind. Use your head young shall grow and remember time and tides wait for no man. We are now in the era where informed teachers are making it big-time, challenging the pathetic stereotypes that our rewards are in heaven. Wake up and join the bandwagon. NB: Champions League schools are fully inclined Cambridge Schools in Nigeria where tuition for a session begins from 9million naira and above. Schools like BIS Lagos, Daywaterman, Charterhouse Lagos, Regent, Riverbank, Grange etc. |

Love800:Contact me I will guide you on all you need if you are good in any of the Cambridge subjects |
Well this OP is ill-informed or not informed at all. If only you knew how financially rewarding teaching job is . Most of you guys are so primitive with your mentality towards teaching. Hence end up teaching in a backward private school that runs Nigerian curriculum, despite your Bsc or BEd and whatever qualifications you have you don't take a simple approach towards empowering yourself with teaching skills and curriculum that pays Nigerian teachers satisfactorily. Op do you know how much Cambridge Schools in 9ja pay their staff? If I say Cambridge school not all those quasi- British/Nigerian hybrid schools or the wannabes. I mean schools like Regents, CIS, BIS and loads of others spread across Lagos,Porthacourt and Abuja. These schools only need your experience in any of the Cambridge IGCSE/Edexcel subjects and gbam, you could be earning as high as 500k monthly as your net. Instead of you bastardising teaching, go and repackage your self and your thinking process. With these range of salary some guys in the Maths and Science department even run Homelessons that pay them close to 400k aside from their salary. And please don't tell me these schools are not for every teacher. If you equip your self with the right skills and knowledge, these kind of jobs are for you overtime and you don't even need to japa if you know what you are doing. Over! |
Buhari's regime was saturated with northerners in top govt positions. He never cared nor the northern lots complained about the marginalisation within the space of appointments. But this is why Yorubas are differently unique. Tinubu will have all n sundry inclusive in different capacities in his government but you can't ignore the fact that 60% of his core loyalists are his kinsmen, which will ensure more Yoruba appointees than other tribes. Hence, this can never still be compared to hoaw heavily sectional Buhari's dispensation was. |
thatigboman:Nna what are you feeling like...same braggado Na me get money pass mentality of an average illiterate igboman will thinks others will beg him to survive. Pray God doesn't humbe you severely with this your insensitive statement. I wonder where your likes are bred from. Ode! |
