Tyre valve stem cap is one of the most overlooked part of a car because this cap is often not regarded as important. But actually it serves a pretty big purpose, it is designed to protect the Schrader valve— a valve stem into which a valve stem core is threaded, that keeps the air or nitrogen in your tyres from leaking.

Variable valve timing (VTEC) technology is an application in engine development that maximizes engine's output power. For example, a 4 cylinder VTEC engine has the ability of producing a V6 power output at the same time managing the consumption of fuel during combustion.

You may have noticed this or simply ignored it. Many Honda cars have the term “VTEC” indicated on the surface of it’s engine. This means the engine is a Variable Valve Timing and Lift Electronic Control engine, VTEC for short. Developed by Honda, it’s an electronic and mechanical system in Honda engines that allows the engine to effectively generate more horsepower.

Also known as power steering, this consists of a pump that when applied sends the correct amount of pressure to the wheels for smooth turning. A drive belt turns the power steering pump to create pressure. This pressure comes in the form of power steering fluid, which gets pumped from the reservoir container into the steering gear as needed. There’s this almost common occurrence in Nigeria for car broken side mirrors to be replaced with plane mirrors. This is a potentially dangerous thing to do because plane mirrors which gives a standard reflection, does not allow a driver an areal view of the surroundings when on the road. The radiator is an essential part of a car’s cooling system. Pumped water or coolant passes from the radiator through connected channels which runs through the engine and cylinder head and returns back to be cooled by air blown in through the radiator core. This cycle repeats over and over again while the engine is running to prevent the car from overheating. Aside from leakages in the radiator that can cause overheating, when the radiator core is blocked by blown in debris this will hinder air from passing through to cool the water or coolant and can lead to overheating.
