So, Muhammad bin Maslama went to Ka`b and said, "I want a loan of one or two Wasqs of food grains." Ka`b said, "Mortgage your women to me." Muhammad bin Maslama said, "How can we mortgage our women, and you are the most handsome among the Arabs?" He said, "Then mortgage your sons to me." Muhammad said, "How can we mortgage our sons, as the people will abuse them for being mortgaged for one or two Wasqs of food grains? It is shameful for us. But we will mortgage our arms to you." So, Muhammad bin Maslama promised him that he would come to him next time. They (Muhammad bin Maslama and his companions came to him as promised and murdered him. Then they went to the Prophet (ﷺ) and told him about it.

In one response to Bala’s post, a twitter account with name @adambako7 said the man have to be killed, in the court of shari'a not even prosecuted.



Another twitter user, Dantabawa with the username @UmmarFaruk, noted that if Bala he is allowed to roam in the streets with zero charges, others like him will come up with yet again such an action!. He added that Bala has forfeited his life by his words and action.



"He must be punished according to Islamic Shari'ah law. If you feel hurt about it, then go to HELL for all we care!, " wrote another twitter handle with the name, Za Camalisticality @Camalistic

Some clerics in Kano have called in charge of issuing religious edicts in the kingdom issued a statement calling Bala"an apostate" and an "infidel," and have demanded that he be tried in court.

Muslims have begun to sign a petition online asking Facebook to block Bala on the social media platform.

Over a thousand Muslims have already signed the petition.

A recent posting thanked those who have already signed for their support and calls for even more recruits.

'We need you to work harder. The prophet deserves more respect," said one of those who have already signed the petition.

Mubarak Bala was born as a Muslim in Kano but converted to Humanist in 2014 and since then he has been writing provocative stuff against Prophet Muhammad on his Facebook page and also annoying Muslims.

Hundreds of people have died mysteriously in the state in the last one week with about 60 people dying in one day.

The Kano State Government had said the recent deaths in the state were caused by complications arising from hypertension, diabetes, meningitis and acute malaria.
The Sarkin Kano, Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero, also confirmed that the mass deaths reported in Kano State were not from COVOD-19 as being speculated in some quarters.

Speaking in a chat with INDEPENDENT, Babatope said as Africans who value tradition, the state government must find out if it has not violated traditional custom in the state.

“If they are saying it is not linked to Coronavirus, then they must examine their tradition. They must go and find out if someone is wronged by their tradition. Having banished their Emir, it could be part of their tradition that they shouldn’t do that kind of thing.

“For prominent individuals to be dying like that without being infected with Coronavirus is very mysterious. They need to examine very critically their traditional arrangements. I only hope the banishment of the Emir hasn’t got anything to do with the mysterious deaths.


“I think the governor must sit down with his executives to ensure that they go into the root of this matter and find out if they have not bastardised their tradition. We are Africans and we believe in African tradition.

“If they have bastardised the African tradition by the way they removed the Emir, it is dangerous and they must seek for restitution. The death of so many people in just few days is very baffling and mysterious,” he said.

Some Zanadiqa (atheists) were brought to `Ali and he burnt them. The news of this event, reached Ibn `Abbas who said, "If I had been in his place, I would not have burnt them, as Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) forbade it, saying, 'Do not punish anybody with Allah's punishment (fire).' I would have killed them according to the statement of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ), 'Whoever changed his Islamic religion, then kill him.'"

Narrated Anas:

"When the women among the Jews menstruated, they would not eat with them, nor drink with them, nor mingle with them in their homes. The Prophet (ﷺ) was asked about that, so Allah, Blessed and Most High, revealed: "They ask you about menstruation. Say It is a Adha (harmful matter) (2:222).' So the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) told them to eat with them, drink with them and to remain in the house with them, and to do everything besides intercourse with them. [b]The Jews said: 'He does not want to leave any matter of ours without opposing us in it.'" [/b]He said: "Then 'Abbad bin Bishr and Usaid bin Hudair came to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) to inform him about that. They said: 'O Messenger of Allah! Should we not (then) have intercourse with them during their menstruation?' The face of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) changed color, until they thought that he was angry with them. So they left, and afterwards the Prophet (ﷺ) was given some milk as a gift, so he sent some of it to them to drink. Then they knew that he was not angry with them."

Narrated `A'ishah (RAA):

When I was menstruating, the Prophet saws would order me to wrap myself up (with an Izar, which is a dress worn below the waist) and would start f*ndling me. Reported by Al-Bukhari and Muslim.

Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab from Salim ibn Abdullah that his father Abdullah ibn Umar used to say, "A man's kissing his wife and f*ndling her with his hands are part of intercourse. Someone who kisses his wife or f*ndles her with his hand must do wudu."
