Why cant we wait until then before judging him?

Elections are over now, but we are still stuck in an argument over how to share political spoils among the victors, and exacting revenge on the so called losers. But i think what is of more vital importance is to itemize what projects we expect them to attend to. also of equal importance is the way they are going to go about the whole business of governance; in my own opinion it should be different from what we have been used to before.
Let me start from the presidency which is the most important elective post in the land.
I humbly submit that the president should as a matter of utmost national importance appoint the best hands in his cabinet so as to ensure rapid and effective implementation of his many blueprints in achieving a modern Nigeria. This to me will go a long way in helping him deliver his many promises to all part of Nigeria. He should also be upright in his dealing with the electorate, by this i mean that he should only promise us what he can deliver (election period is over). Also, his dealings with the legislative arm of government must be in accordance with the constitution and in the overriding interest of the populace at large and not a select few.
Furthermore I believe he should make a conscious effort to create strong institutions. we rely too much on individuals rather than the institutions they serve; as a result when they are no longer there, these institutions tend to reverse the gains made under him/her. This in my opinion amount to taking a step forward and two giant steps backward (efcc being a case in point).
I may continue, but it will be interesting to hear from others what we expect from our elected leaders. Tomorrow I will continue by stating what i expect from the remaining arms of government. goodnight all.
