From my observation, a civil war is brewing in the house amongst the women with two big camps emerging; the Chinwe/Ruthie and Chinne/Nelly camp. The former camp also includes Wanni× Handi whilst Chekas may join the Nelly camp. Chinwe wants to turn herself to a queen mother and has been recruiting ladies who have beefs over respect with Anty Chinne and those dragging men with Nelly.

On the other hand, both Nelly and Chekas have sensed the negative energy from Zinwe and Ruthie and may be joining forces should Chinwe and the twins decide to jump on her. The ladies in Chinwe's camp believe Nelly is a flirt who is luring all the guys in the house.
Also, Zion has complained about Onyeka and Chizoba to Chinwe, saying they are rude and Chinwe has decided to confront the sisters at some point.

Their problem with Chinne stems from:
1. Chinwe's anger that the house chosed Ndi Nne over her and her bf as heads of house
2. The twins believe Chinne is over bearing and thy see themselves as Chinwe's daughters. Remember their fight with Chinne when Chinne said Chinwe has been setting them against her.
3. Chinne and Mickey are like mother and son and the twins are set to disgrace Mickey so Chinne might come in.

Friends, This is the kinda drama I signed up for. In the end, I think Nelly or Chinwe will emerge the supervillain of this season depending on who wins the looming civil war.
