Putin says who can contest against him ,the ones that will win ,those ones are not allowed to contest or will be killed or jailed . Russians are afraid of Putin more than god, no one talk bad of Putin ,if you do ,you will be caught or you leave the country for him before he catches you. With or without this election no one will challenge him ,no court can't stops him . Any one that tries to challenges him will be poisoned or killed the body of such person will be confiscated . Putin is a full time dictator and power loving president that can kill anyone that will try to stop his reelection.
