Former national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), John Oyegun has said that the party will have challenges in 2023 general election.
The former national chairman, in an interview with ARISE NEWS on Friday, said that President Muhammadu Buhari will no longer be able to contest, which will be a big problem for the party.
He said, “When the APC was formed, all the predictions were that it will implode in another year or two, but the APC did not implode. ”
“The APC will have issues in 2023 and it has to start now, it has time to put its acts together for 2023. In 2023, there will be no President Buhari.”

On allegations that the ruling party failed to accomplish any of its promises during its first term, Oyegun said:
“We never told you that we have that magic switch which immediately our president is turned into office, he flicks it, the whole of the country has changed. No, it is a process and let me admit, the realities on ground turned out to be a little bit more difficult than we thought,” he said.
“Even as we move to the very next level, we are carrying change with us.”

The Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria(PFN) has declared its probe into the rape accusation by Busola Dakolo against Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo, the founder of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA) inconclusive.
According to PFN, the probe was inconclusive because Fatoyinbo snubbed several invitations to meet the five-member investigating panel set up on the matter.

Frodd who tried to play a fast one on Esther was called to order by Big Brother by inviting him to the diary room. It was seen that Frodd made way to his bed after he arrived from the Diary room leaving Esther alone on her bed.


Esther who felt she was too harsh on Frodd went to meet him in the morning to apologise for what she did explaining that she did not intend to send him away from her bed.



Esther asked if he could forget all that happened and let bygone be bygone. Well, Frodd received her apologies and promised to spend the night in her bed.

on Saturday punished Tacha for refusing to wear sponsored outfits for the Saturday night party.
Tacha’s disobedience had last week stirred reaction after she refused to wear the themed outfit Biggie gave housemate for the party despite warning.
Biggie had warned housemates that if they fail to appreciate the cloths given to them, he would stop bringing it.
But after the warning, Tacha was last week quoted as saying, ‘This is the third outfit they are bringing and I won’t wear what I don’t like.”
However on Saturday when Biggie brought the ‘Ankara themed outfits for the housemates, we noticed that Tacha was not given.

The sponsors of the Ankara outfit while confirming the development on Instagram revealed why Tacha was not gifted.
A fan had asked if they forgot Tacha’s outfit but the sponsors said, ‘No we did not, order for above.”
BBNaija fans also commended Biggie for Tacha’s punishment.

Big Brother Naija, BBNaija 2019 housemate, Khafi, on Friday night said she would like to be evicted on Sunday because she is tired of the house.
Khafi, who is up for eviction this week, was upset after a rift with Jackie.
It all started when Biggie gifted the housemates alcohol after the Friday night arena game.
But when it arrived, Jackie argued that the drinks were for the cruisetopia team.
The statement, which did not go well with the ‘Icons’, led to disagreement.
Khafi speaking to Cindy, said, “really I will be happy to go home on Sunday. I’m so over all these. I’m tired.”
Cindy, however, advised her not to make such statements.
Meanwhile, We had reported that UK police on Tuesday said Khafi who is a Metropolitan Police officer, went into the Big Brother Naija show despite being refused permission by her bosses.
According to The Sun, Scotland Yard said it had not granted her request to appear on the programme and that an internal investigation would be carried out.

While the chemistry between Seyi and Tacha continues to grow, he has revealed that he gets jealous when he sees her with other male housemates.
Over the past few weeks the duo have continued to trend after they were both issued fake eviction and spent few days in the secret room together.

He added that he only pretended like he was not moved, but deep down he was jealous.
Seyi further stated that he won’t invite anyone to his room again if he should win HOH again.
