I had same experience with this Jumia sometimes aga when I paid for ipad which was earlier confirmed to be available, after 4 days, I called and they started telling me different thing that the stuff is not available and that I should pick another thing, but trust me I quickly asked my lawyer to write them and if they fail to pay back my money after 3 days, I will take them to court, my money was later refunded after 3 weeks of battling.
