my brother na so And i know this will continue for along time to come health system in this country is on the verge of collapse.its in a state of anomie. we play politics with everything even with our life common doctor can't work in national except you get a letter from presidency or a senator. on daily basis best brains are leaving the shores of this country. about 20 of my classmates in medical school are scattered all over the world ;south africa, bostwana,USA UK dermark,and australia. in my own view all govt hospitals should be privatised and let govt regulate. let local government handle primary health care well, and state govt- the general hospital employ more hands and pay well our legislators are the highest paid in the world so why can't doctors be paid well atleast south african standard (least paid doctor in SA earns 600k per month) if not even me will not hesistate to leave for greener pasture after my specialist training |
