With the purchase of autoanalysers in most teitiary instutions, d labs ppl wud go out of wrk. Then contract porters to private companies den for d nurses....dressing wounds and givin tabs is nt a big deal. No point hating doctors , evrybody in the health team do thier best to give patients wholistic care....I know 2 nursing consultants, one of them works in Ambrose ali university dept of nsg sciences.........Btwn , the fedral govt must nt be biass , from grade 10 upwards , a nurse , pharmasist, or lab scientist , ought 2 be paid equally , with medrcal doctors and 2ndly in many hospitals , d docs run virtualy evrytin , 95% of d board members , 98% of the HMC are docs.......I tink the should allow othe depts some roles in the governance of the hospital ..For instance if a doc is d CMD, a nurse or scientist can become chairman of the CMAC....But in all fedral hospitals..Doctors are the CMD ,Cmac and deputies..........In a society where tins Work it shuldnt be lyk dat cos , nursing , , med lab, pharmacy are all profesional courses
