$5 domain/com

Congrats boss, which registar did you reg from for $5?

Greenscientist:
We're here to LEARN. So, let disagree to learn.

I have far better names I've even OUTBOUNDED which didn't sell. To me, the approach of picking a name for an enduser is not the best even though I do it a lot too.

Generally, the best names are those with existing end-users and a nice concept behind it (knowledge-backed).

With respect to the domain in question, they'll acquire it if it was free is different from having to pay thousand(s) for it, There must a strong motivation to do that and I don't see that in the website and you've not really stated why you think it'll sell. Anyone can put up a wait-list on a website.

I regged the domain with wix(4) and I won't pay $9.50 with gname to reg it.

Boss abeg i want to ask as regards wix, if I buy a name via wix, can I transfer out without paying the renewal, and if I transfer out, do I have to pay for the for the renewal with the registrar I transferred to, and how were you able to solve that nameserver issue? Thanks

I am currently running the Msc Computer Science Program at Unilag. The school fees is about 380k total for Msc Computer Science. If you want to stay in the school hostel, that's 120k + 27k for Henry Carr or 250k + 27k for Sodeinde.

You can definitely run it with your full-time job. A lot of people are in the same situation and they were able to run it successfully. You can too. The first semester was a bit less stressful since we were able to have most of the lectures virtually and only had to go to school once for practicals on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. You people will need to figure this out when you resume. The second semester has been more stressful since most of the classes are physical but we were able to condense them all to just 2 days in a week and sometimes, we end up doing only one day and the other is held virtually. Don't let your job being fulltime stop you because others have found a way to adapt. That being said, you have to know that the exams are on weekdays and you will have to find the time to write the exams.

Please any idea how to prepare for, and pass the SPGS entrance exam? Got the mail for it today..full time. Thanks

SOLD

Name: Spine//Specialists [ORG]
SP: $1000
Venue: Afternic
Sale Type: Inbound
Source: ED
HT: One and a half years

I registered this domain along with four other .org domains last year to test an idea - I experiment with ideas (and other extensions) occasionally. I dropped two at renewal time and renewed three, including this one.

The domain was priced for $688 in the first year and I even reached out to some potential end-users but never got any reply (I think).

For me personally, .org has better sales potential than .net. This is now my second sale in this extension over the years, even though I don't think I have registered more than 15 or 20 over that time. I renewed only about five of those and did so this year because I only went back to the extension last year for another experiment.

All praise and thanks to God!

Congrats to all recent sellers. More and bigger sales for everyone of us.

Congrats

Humblemax:
Picked from Ed

I abandoned domainjng 3yrs ago after selling only 2 names because I was very discouraged. Recently I resumed back and did more research based on my domain class with Iyke promotion back in 2017. Registered 5 names and listed them. I have never had the time for outbounding so I have completely drifted away from geo names.

Got a $2500 offer from a buyer for this particular name and i immediately contacted iyke promotion and took all his advice. I declined offer and requested $3500 instead. I didn't hear from them again so I decided to take their $2500 offer after few days . Surprisingly buyer countered my request with $4000 lol. I said within myself these guys are not serious buyers but gbam! Status changed to "payment received, awaiting funds to clear" lol and finally got the sale mail today.

Congrats to all recent sellers. More sales to everyone

Learner47:
If he had held on to the name would he had sold it?

Big question.

That's where complex algorithm of the universe comes in.

#Happy Friday guys.

Just like this guy. I'm sure if he had renewed it, he would not have sold it up to that amount

Congrats to recent sellers. More sales to everyone

James39:

Soneh:
How do you register names there. I have made use of multiple numbers, but none has received the verification code to complete the purchase

Phone verification doesn't work. Just download the document and use those inbuilt tools in your phone to sign and write date and download it. You don't need to screenshot. Then send it to sales@one.com . They will process the orders in few hours time. I also asked them about the promo but they said it's not a promo that it's an introductory rate and you can only use it for 10 domain purchases.

SEYIKP:
why is grey not deducting 60 cent when I buy on ionos and z.com
Don't say what you don't know.

Who told you they don't remove it on z.com? Most of my names are on z and they use to remove it until I stop leaving money in the card. Leave funds in the card for a while if they won't wipe 50-60 cents away from it. You can ask their support. Don't say what you don't know

SEYIKP:
grey card works. Irrespective of any medium that you used to pay on one.com just make sure you delete it from their site after payment, because they'll be deducting 60 cent from your card if you didn't delete it. Those guys are thieves.

Its grey that is deducting the money not one.com. one.com is not a us company that's why.

Negotiation started December last year, after several back and forth, I decided to accept the offer this month.

Congrats

Apus:
Nice one and congratulations. It's good to see realtor domains still being sold. I own realtor//lab dotcom and afternic refused me listing with them.

Wanted to even say something about this, guys please research keywords for trademark issues before buying them. There are some words that look pretty much generic and you'd be surprise that there are some trademark war going on with those keywords. And Afternic won't list them.
