This is what happens when you are extremely idle or jobless.

Bro, travel to Lagos or Calabar and go to the biggest haulage companies there to learn truck driving. They'll give you accomodation and feeding for 6-12 months during your learning and after that they'll pair you with an experienced driver.

From there you'll be given your own truck and that way you have successfully escaped all this idleness and the depression that comes with it.

In all you do, stay away from drugs otherwise your problem will continue and you'll never have a mind focused enough to go on this journey.

Have seen a cripple on a skateboard hawking, I recently bought some pair of sandals from a man who has one leg and arm using crutches to hawk it.

Go out and see how people are suffering to earn a living and they still put smile on their face believing tomorrow will be better and the struggle continues.

You're depressed because you're financially incapable to meet your financial needs which is just a temporary issue that everyone experience once in awhile.

Try to get something doing to earn money, talk to people, always think positively that your situation will improve significantly.

I've held on enough, I'm tired.

I'm in a state of Hopelessness. Nothing is working for me.

I have become estranged, aloof and alienated from my siblings, friends, neighbors and everyone.

The issues of life have completely overwhelmed me. Suicidal thoughts have taken over me.

I'm so much in debts that I can't walk freely any longer. Once I hear a knock on my door or neighbors door, my heart jumps. I only go out of the room at night. This isn't the life I want. No.
This condition has severely affected me physically, mentally, emotionally and psychologically. I do have constant headaches, difficulty in talking, I hate noise. Much worse is that there is no one to speak to. I attempted suicide last week, but a neighbor came to my rescue. I don't know how long I can continue this way.
Where is the sleep? I don't sleep. I'm always weak. My heart is always beating. I'm panting. I'm nervous. My existence is a Risk right now.

I have seen the Crest and Pinnacle of poverty. Extreme lack. No hope. No succour. Life appears meaningless to me, I feel there's no reason to live. I'm irritable.

There are days I don't bathe or brush. What's the point?
Words can't explicitly explain my predicament. It's really bad.
