At last Peter Odili name is there....thats all I care so much about ....let watch out what becomes of wife justice Mary Odili that granted him indefinite injunction from prosecutions in 2008 |
Imagine d Devil in human form in Church....in fact d devil should be afraid of wike..please someone should tell this man to release our 6months salary for God's sake. .how do we feed our kids and take care of our aging parents...its not fair haven taken completed d sate biometric verification exercise. ..there shall be no peace in his mind until he release my salary |
Now d chips are down, we can now guess why Wike is more interested in this particular senatorial zone bcs Magnus is only man that stand him down bumper for bumper. Our state lack vibrant opposition which has allowed wike to embezzled our state resource to d tune of N99b within 10months in office. .as a senior civil servant i have not been paid my salary since February despite scaling through d mandatory biometric verification exercise..voting for APC remains d panacea for keeping d governor under check and balance Chikpat: YouthsPC0: |
Fellow brothers and sisters I greet you this morning with almost humility and great sense of belonging. As usual I want to draw your attentions on the latest happening in our Senatorial district. As we all know, Gov Nyesom Wike has Bankrupt Rivers Treasury Account just to Quench the SunLight of Ogoni people. He vowed that Even American Submarine cannot stop his venom. He ignites war sung in Ogoniland just to achieve his mischievous aim. He dared the Ogoni people by removing our only source of Livelihood. I wonder why Gov Wike would want the Rivers Southeast Senatorial district to settle for a "palm tree" instead of an "IROKO TREE." I have not heard Wike talking about Rivers East, Rivers West Senatorial district. Or don't we have candidates in other Senatorial district? Is Senator Abe too powerful for Hon Olaka to handle? What particular interest is Gov Wike in Rivers Southeast Senatorial district? Your answer is as good as mine. No doubt Senator Abe is a 5*****GENERAL. There is no way you can compare a Ranking Senator with a beginner. All over the world consideration is given to Rank. Abe is with enough accolade while Olaka had non. My mother once told me that,,,,,,it is only a Ripe Fruit that people stone. No sane person would pick up a stone against unripe fruit because it has no value. Carefully make research and you will agree with me that juju doesn't kill a Mad man no matter how many sacrifice they eat in a day. You will also agree with me that juju always kill the brightest person in a family and not those without a future. In witchcraft kingdom, those prayer warriors are their target because of the powers they possessed. Pastors without superlative power of God are no threat in the kingdom of Darkness. And i ask, Ogoni people, can we confidently say Gov Wike's onslaught on Senator Abe is justified? With the aforesaid illustrations, you can now see why Senator Abe's name is a threat to Gov Nwesom Wike and his cohorts. They've vowed to monetize this forthcoming rerun election in order to stole our mandate, hence the Loan of N9bn. Remember the story of Esua & Jacob where the Eldest sold his Birthright to the youngest, in place of perishable thing. My Bible said,,,,Who sayeth and it cometh to pass when the Lord commanded it not? No juju, charm, Jupiter can frustrate the Most Distinguished Senator Abe's mandate. Only God Almighty can stop him but God is always interested in his matter. So who ![]() Copied |
I so much hate my state governor with passion. ..so disgusting and utterly wicked with inhumane feeling. He embezzled state resource on inflated road contract...we generate an average of N9b in internally revenue plus additional federal allocation of N5.5b.our state wage bill is about N4.5b yet this crooked governor still request N10b loan for 9months +N9b loan for the month of June thereby indebting d state to d tune of N99b within 10months...all this is possible owing to d absence of vibrant opposition in d state house of Assembly.as am tying this am yet to be paid my 5months salary arrears having scaled through d compulsory civil service biometric verification. Yet this crooked governor and his allies swims in ocean of filthy wealths. May Amadioha strikes that jet his friends, family and kitchen cabinets members are using to escape to London, France and Dubai for long term vacation while we my salary is withheld. |
Lol!...Baba!! Actually am new to NL and dont know how to post a topic that is copied from a site with my own opinion..hence, d reasons for quoting my post MOVERSMAG: |
Very funny and I can't stop laughing. ..wtf? Begging my ass. They can't do anything. ..not in my lifetime. |
Mrs. MARY ODILI epitomizes corruption...a canckerworm that has eroded d confidence reposted in d Judiciary. She presided over the corruption case against her own husband and granted indefinite perpetual injunction on it..up till today the case is still pending in court since her husband left office in 2007. Discharged Lawyer Issues 30-Day Ultimatum To Supreme Court Judge Mary Odili To Resign Radical lawyer and human rights activist, Timipa Jenkins Okponipere, today gave Justice Mary Odili of the Supreme Court a 30-day ultimatum, beginning July 20, to resign honorably, saying he intends to resume his determined struggle to push her out of the nation’s top court. He issued the ultimatum following his discharge by Chief Magistrate Ahmed Usman Shuaibu of the Chief Magistrate Court in Abuja from a criminal charge of impersonation as a lawyer filed against him by the Inspector General of Police upon a complaint by Justice Odili. “She's not only corrupt; she constitutes a bad example to the younger generation,” the lawyer affirmed in a statement. “Growing up in Port Harcourt and later studying law at the State University, we all saw Chief Magistrate Mary Odili (as she then was), as The Incorruptible Judge. When I founded my law firm in 2004 I had her official portrait hung at a strategic corner. I've since taken down the damn portrait!" He appealed to President Muhammadu Buhari, the International Bar Association (IBA), the media and civil society groups to take special interest in his efforts to rid the Supreme Court of Justice Odili. “I am making this appeal because of my belief that Chief Justice Mahmud Mohammed and the National Judicial Council (NJC) are biased and have therefore refused to act on my two previous petitions regarding the matter," he said. Mr. Okponipere was arrested in the premises of the Federal High Court in Abuja last February soon after he appeared before Justice Anwuri Chikere to move an application seeking the removal of Justice Odili from the Supreme Court bench for alleged judicial misconduct. He asserted that in 2013, Justice Odili violated the Code of Conduct for Judicial Officers in Nigeria when she heard and delivered judgment in a Criminal Appeal in which the Record of Appeal indicated that she wasthe complainant, the prosecutor and the judge against him, who was a party in the case. “Justice Odili's conduct is believed to be a judicial misconduct which is known in legal parlance as "NEMO JUDEX IN CAUSA SUA" (No man should be a Judge in his own case). The case is reported in the Nigerian Weekly Law Report as TIMIPA OKPONIPERE VS. THE STATE (2013) 10 NWLR (1362). With today’s discharge, Mr. Okponipere's affirmed that his status as a bonafide lawyer in Nigeria has been re-confirmed, and he expressed his readiness to resume prosecution of the case seeking Justice Odili’s removalfrom the Supreme Court bench. That case is still pending before Justice Chikere of the Federal High Court in Abuja. |
Smh! Just like that AIG Edgar Nanakumor barely one year in office booted out by his Junior?. Wonder shall never end in ds country |
I feel u bro. We are already suffering in this state. I am a senior civil servant and was wrongly paid double salary for d month of February. So during d ongoing biometric verification, we were told that d governor mandated all civil servants who received extra payment to refund such to state account before they could be captured into d exercise. This extra payment ought to have been recovered from one of d 5months they owe us...how could we refund such money when we were not paid for d months of March through June? Why is this governor so wicked and heartless??.. certainly ![]() by the rivers of Rivers state where we sat down.. there where we wail when we remember Amaechi nwaanambra1: |
Yeah, Drshrewd is right. Some civil servants are been owed more than 4 months in salaries, while some MDAs do not owe others at all. Education and health centres are in deplorable state. Most public schools in rural areas of Rivers in are terrible state yet N10b is been borrowed monthly to offset d presumed salary and infrastructural expenses with little or nothing to show for. To all nairalanders here, my state governor is far worst than any governor in d history of Rivers state..the most inept administration we have to endure ipreach: ipreach: |
@delsboat does the car looks like something that has been tampered with? No body-work ever done on it l. Its as new as it was bought from Tin-can island in Lagos last year. The engine and gear system is superb.if u can't come to PH, have a proxy who can handle all transactions on ur behalf. The ride can go for N730k last |

Guy everything appears to be done haphazardly since activities for KELGA were rescheduled then and coincide with the date for PHLGA(ssb), other LGA too from UBE began to participate...I was able to identify those from ETCHE and OMUMA LGA masterchi: |
KELGA, OMUMA, ETCHE, were all attended to while PHLGA (SSB) biometric verification were ongoing heaven55: |
I have been following this thread for quite some times and feel d hardship each and every one of us were indirectly subjected to by d most incompetent administration. Those of us in UBE kelga that were supposed to be verified during d biometric exercise yesterday (Afternoon session) met brick wall. Are we supposed to bear d brunt of incompetent and clueless leardership of UBE board/ministry of finance for their "presumed errors" of crediting us with 1 month salary and arrears for the month February? How on earth do they expect us to refund the sum of over N72k (instead of our usual net pay of N65k) including tax and other sundry charges back into d state governments treasury account as d only panacea for completing d biometric verification? Though, they made February pay slip compulsory...preliminary investigation showed that it was a ploy to lead us to a non-existent/non-available pay slip from finance ministry or account department of UBE board as the only option left is the refund....I suggest we all pressed this issue to NUT/NLC ....may JAH help us all |
