girlfio: It means that they have taken in to account your marital/child status when making their decision, i.e they've considered the impact of their decision on any disclosed children based in the UK. thankyou but we dont have any child yet so how it can impact. do you think tht they mistakenly paste some other's point |

girlfio: They usually take up to about 8 weeks from the point of the appeal submission to send you the letter with your 19 week deadline. It does all however depend on their workload and the time of year. Have they taken the payment from your account? Have you called the Leicester Tribunal office for an update? This letter should be sent to the representative stipulated on the appeal, if you have a lawyer, it may have been sent to them hii today our lawyer got letter of acknlowledgement. thank you |

girlfio: They sent the letter to our lawyer when we were going through the appeal, he then forwarded it on to my husband and I. Definitely worth giving your lawyer a call first before the Tribunal. yes in also going to contact lawyer firat. |
