done in August didnt know that time that paper work will take so much time and now TB expuring in feb 6th

yes normaly when they refund it means maybe denied but stay positive maybe its not the case with everyone.

can u please share why u were refused first time?

BACS is the only approved means of salary payment. Any company that pays cash, is constituting an ILLEGAL activity.
Paying your cash - in - hand salary into a bank account, does not and would not equate BACS salary payment.
You should actually be a whistle-blower against this company.
NB: The chances of getting this visa, considering your above question in % terms is - 0%/100!!

ok i will convay your message but how can u say chances of any person u getting n depositing in bank and meeting all necessary criteria will have 0% chance?? any offical link ukba explain for this type of sitiation or anything they explaind regarding refusal if someone fall in this situation

The company may be genuine but their activities are illegal, cash in hand payments is way of avoiding a lot of things and it's illegal. Students working too many hours go for cash inhand, illegal immigrants go for cash inhand, job seekers allowance claimers go for cash inhand, company trying to avoid paying tax pay their staff cash inhand, the list is endless. A company that pays cash inhand has something to hide.

as im just discussing this all on behalf of someone who about to apply so what more things should provide as prove accepts 6 slips n 6 statements to mke eco satisfied that yes he is working getting and paying taxex and meeting requirement too

That may look suspicious because every genuine company in the UK pays salary through the bank and post the payslip to the employee or email it. Cash in hand jobs are illegal and a way of avoiding national insurance and tax payment

yes thank u right but the company (indian resturant nationwide) is genuine they have PAYE method also emplyee gets payslips

someone previously refused because salary was cash in hand and was not reflacting in bank statment

then waited 6 month and deppsit money in bank every month. so what are the chances to get visa this round??

can be any complexity in this? i meant when eco refused visa because of salary so they can be stamp that company fake that maybe the applicant made fake or the company maybe fake although the company is real genuine

wageslip issued on 6th august and bank statmnt i have ordered it will come in couple of days.

so 28 rule apply from once we get slips and bank statemnts in hand

or rule start from the date it issued??


see in our case
when my 28 days will end

1). wage slip we got on 6th augst for july
which date it will be valid??

2). Bank statemnt we will get on 23/24th till
which date it will be valid??

Dear Phaara

Yes, your sponsor can pay the visa fees for you with his card, just give him your username and password so he can process the payment for you then you can conclude the application. Same with the NHS, you'd need to create an account for that and he can also make payment for you.

i m from pakistan my sponsir is in uk.

i need to fill and pay visa fees. the payment method or currency is showing PKR (pakistani currency although previously it was in pound GBP)

i hav no debit credit card and the visa fee is very huge too

is it possible if my sponsor in uk pay my fees through his uk bank card in pound GBP and currency automatically convert in PKR and payment accept

hello house once again i need valueable advice from u all. my queries below

1) i got rejected spouse vise back in oct 2014
then we lodged appeal got hearing but hearing dismiss too in april 2015
now we will apply fresh in july so my question is

1) will this all be okay?? as we are continus in process getting visa or eco will ask tht why you applying so late in july 2015 lthough u got refusal in 2014?? (mean time we were on appeal)

2) in online application there is a blank page in part five tht states to write any additional information we have.
so can i as an applicant write hoe we met how married future plans our refysal issues and how we meeting requirment now etc etc or should i write to some printer A4 size page n take print outs n submit with documents

Have you thought about the option of your visiting visa not granted and you submit month(s) later a settlement visa application?
Don't over complicate matters for yourself.
NB: Patience is a virtue!!!!

yes i have patience even sitting patient from 2013. well decided to meet so we can fill most recent meeting spouse date in form n attach some more proves. just praying tht if this visit is better for me only then i can go on visit. i leave it on God

I had my hearing adjourned last week of march.n thry have given us new date for hearung, so the HO rep will review our bundle again a day or two bfore hearing day or they already did according to march's hearing date

yes it should be in your favor because HO rep didnt came it mostly means they dont have leg to stand must had nothing to fight so they didnt came

Any evidence you submit has to be dated prior to the submission of the initial application. If you have any change in circumstances, this can only be used to support a new application not the current appeal. Maybe if u have proof of employment for the additional £80 job, that shows employment prior to the application u can include your current bank statements with these deposits and then explain that this money was received during the period stipulated in the application but it's only recently that the wages have been deposited in your account. Alternatively if your situation has significantly improved over the last 6 months it might be worth submitting a new application.

I would like to know best guide regarding below issue it would be great also if anyone who gone through the same.

In feb 2014 we applied n got rejected in October 2014 due to second job salary ( worth of just £80 a month) not reflecting in bank statement as it was a cash but we had all supporting documents which we attached with our appeal n submitt appeal got review deadline of 2 april 2015

But in between we got letter of hearing which is set this month end of march 2015 mean bfore review deadlibe our hearing set by tribunal ( is it normal thing??

We didnt get any outcome/decision from ECO/ECM regarding review of our appeal

And we have started depositing cadh in account since we got refusal so its been 5 month we depositing in bank

And in a couple of week we have to send appeal bundle 5 days bfor hearing do we are now attaching these bank statements too

is there any chance to get overturn/appeal allow on hearing?
