Well, my first phone interview was never expected so how should I have followed these tips.
I'll advice we all learn to communicate with people in proper tone. It builds d character for the day...
I remember my caller acted like he knew me moreover he had gone through my request. His approach was enough for me not to have roughly questioned who cos I guessed it could be one of my friend whose number I had deleted.. He went on to ask so how many placed have you applied? And I lied saying just 3 (meanwhile, I had applied to about 5 places) and he asked which. I immediately gave him my 3 best options. And he asked y I choose those places. I gave an intelligent answer I think. He then said, well he is calling from so so and so. And I'm to attend an interview the next day..
Shocked. I said OK sir. Thank you
He said, well if we train you we don't pay anything rather u pay teaching allowance and I rushed my mouth saying that I don't think so and I gave my reasons. U told him I'd appreciate their effort a lot but I know I wouldn't be able to pay them enough after which he said see you tomorrow.

My mistake during my interview was that I never even bothered to ask d venue or time... I tried calling back till like forever and he never picked. My answer to him on d money issue possibly wasn't satisfactory.

Some of my friends who missed calls, insisted on knowing who in an impolite manner or said pls call me later, I'm busy now(as pet fine girls) were rejected during the interview. We were about 28 and I was lucky among two.
