Believe me I tried ...i even went as far as tweeting about how their customer service operators bluntly ignores my plea for a return until they finally replied and said if its not a wrong item or defective item ....my claims can't be honored....honestly I don't have their strength anymore ...and thats why I offered it up for sale here ...i have gotten juicy offers but loaction has been a barrier
