I can imagine what you went tru, u could have tried the xpress cash option on the Ecobank Ussd menu, it allows u withdraw from a nearby Ecobank machine or any of their agents. Have tried it b4 and it works well. At times I get stranded not having my ATM cards but I use the express cash often n it really helps.

I was indeed impressed with their service,
my dispute usually doesn't take time for it to be resolved. And reverses almost immediately if its on Ecobank machine.

This is all rumor. Let's learn how to share good news pls.
