Please friends with Ethiopia or Turkish airline or others airline that you may have use in your travel to Caribbean countries, please was there any ok to board required and please how did you get it

Thanks brother, my request is this. I need assistance how I can get my OTB because emirate airline is asking for it. And I have very limited time to the expiration of my visa. My Destination is Belize and I already have emirate ticket which I was unable to board and Copa air ticket as my connecting airline to Belize.

Please I need a help on how to get ok to board am traveling to Belize as a student and my visa is fast expiring. I had my Emirate air ticket and Copa airline too as connecting flight from São Paulo but reaching MMA to board emirate as me to get OK To Board please I need help very urgent
