Education / Re: IELTS Increases Test Fee To ₦266,000 by philos(m): 11:32pm On Mar 03 |
One of the consequences of this price hike is the possibility of what I recently heard as a rumour. That people can get the IELTS results, without physically taking the Test. This hasn't been confirmed though. But imagine paying such amount of money, only for one not to get the desired band score. However, this can be avoided if one enrolls in an IELTS Tutorials that guarantees success. We who have aced the Test can be a good guide. Contact us now and you'll not regret it. Business / Re: What exactly Is The Benefit Of Floating The Naira? by philos(m): 2:32pm On Feb 14 |
PoliteActivist: What does Nigeria have that they'll sell to other countries? That's why one of the Presidential Aspirants was prioritizing "production" over "consumption", and we ignored him because of where he's coming from. |

Houseontherock1:Nonsense!!!!!!! What are witches and wizards? What has darkness to do with light? After their purported support for GEJ, did he win? That tells you the futility of trusting in witches and wizards for endorsement of Tinubu's stolen mandate. So what right thinking humans and many world leaders refused to endorse and now endorsed by powers of darkness should rather excite us? |

Hopium: You don't understand what it means to say "we no dey give shishi". It simply means we will not give you money to come for the rally. Those you see there at TBS are much more than you see at other parties' rallies, where 90% of the crowd are paid to be there. While Obidients attend LP rallies without collecting shishi, others receive money before they attend other parties' rallies. Do You Now Understand? |
Politics / Re: New Naira Notes: Who Is Suffering Now - The Politicians Or The Masses? by philos(m): 12:27pm On Feb 02, 2023 |
You see, believe it or not, it's true the masses are momentarily affected by this policy, the truth remains that corrupt politicians were targeted, and they are still the one to suffer great loss in the long run. History has shown that Nigerian Legislature has NEVER cared about the masses, so this their cries for the suspension of the new Naira policy is because they know it'll affect them, not that they care for the masses! This is a battle for the soul of Nigeria, especially as it concerns the economy. If we can be patient with CBN, ordinary Nigerians will win! Remember, If you fight corruption, corruption will definitely fight back. Corrupt politicians are fighting hard against this CBN policy. Above all, I beg you all, get your PVC and vote out the OLD ORDER and let's birth a New Nigeria. Together We Can! Our Mumu Don Do!!!!! |
Education / Re: New Naira Notes Scarcity, See What My Son's School Sent To Us by philos(m): 8:12pm On Jan 24, 2023 |
My concern is actually that only N1000 is being circulated currently, and N500, and N200 are no where sighted! This may cause a hyper inflation, where N1000 may be taken as the lowest denomination. Mind you, 100, 50, 20, 10 and 5 denominations are in short supply. |
Politics / Re: Rowdy Session In Senate Over Naira Redesign by philos(m): 9:03pm On Nov 16, 2022 |
If the date is extended, the aim of checkmating the volume of money in circulation would be defeated! The likes of Orji Uzor Kalu are jittery due to the eye-popping amounts of cash they stashed in different locations of their properties. The redesign and deadline shall remain sacrosanct. 3 Likes |
Politics / Re: Bandits Attack Presidential Guards After Threat To Kidnap Buhari by philos(m): 9:49pm On Jul 25, 2022 |
This is an arrangement. The hand of those in power could be behind this. There's a palpable fear of an incoming president from the South, and who would turn things around and the powers that be would be out of favour. Anything that will shake the table to either bring a state of emergency or an outright arranged coup. Anything but the next Christian Igbo to be next Nigerian President. 1 Like |

Politics / Re: Shettima: Nigeria is Too Big For Peter Obi To Handle by philos(m): 3:40pm On Jul 15, 2022 |
This Shettima has just betrayed the incompetence and crass ineptitude that have bedeviled this country for decades! Imagine a supposed political leader spewing this type of hollow and senseless rubbish with a view to discrediting Peter Obi. It's clear that APC has next to nothing to offer Nigeria and Nigerians, if this is what they think they will say and win the support and vote of the masses. The FEAR OF OBI is real indeed! 3 Likes |
Politics / Re: 2023: 10 Reasons Why Tinubu Will Win – Pastor Adelaja by philos(m): 8:28pm On Jul 12, 2022 |
expressglory: If this trash of a piece was truly written by a pastor, I think it's one of the reasons tinubu would go for a muslim-muslim ticket. Some pastors are a disappointment to Christianity. How do these empty propositions translate to tinubu's leadership competence in a fledgeling Nigerian polity? 2 Likes |
Politics / Re: Dino Melaye: Atiku Married Igbo, Hausa, Yoruba, Vote For Him by philos(m): 2:48pm On Jul 02, 2022 |
damilola4162: I doubt if Dino Melaye did say this. Or has human momentary senselessness really degenerated to this level? So Atiku's umbridled polygamy that is spread across the ethnic groups in Nigeria translates to his integrity, probity and accountability, which are the ingredients for competent leadership that Nigeria is in dire need at this time? Chaiiii! I pity this country and their current handlers. |

SEGLIZ: It's not true!!! Nigeria's woes were brought upon her by (not the coup ploters nor the military regimes, but by) the wicked politicians. Politicians are the worst things that have ever happened to this country. Another thing is hunger (still brought about by the same politicians, who impoverished the masses). Political violence is occasioned by hungry political supporters, who want to be given N1000 to sell their conscience to political moneybags, whom they sheepishly support at the expense of their poor lives. |
