Work summary
We are looking for an experienced truck driver to serve our supply chain logistics department in a safe and timely manner of our transport refrigerators trucks



Responsibility
• Transporting finished products and raw materials by land to and from production facilities or retail and distribution centers
• Inspect the vehicles to identify mechanical elements and safety problems and perform preventive maintenance
• Plan routes and comply with delivery schedules
• Knowledge on document and records keeping of all periods of work ;kilometers spent driving and keep the fuel / toll gate / CMR / DDT receipts
• Enter "macros" in our automated system for each stage of the loading and unloading process
• Respect the rules and regulations for driving the truck (dimensions, weight, route designations, parking periods and parking), as well as company policies and procedures
• Maneuver the trucks into loading or unloading positions with all safety measures
• Knowledge how use temperatures of the refrigerator trailer
• Collect and check the refrigerator temperature degrees instructions
• Report defects, accidents or violations on the truck and on the delivery
• Report faults, of faulty food I rotten before loading and unloading
• Know how to use GPS
• Know all right road symbols and respect them
• WAEC, NECO, ND, HND, NEC, B.SC ETC


Requirements
• Proven work experience as a refrigerator truck driver
• Practical experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, CB etc.)
• Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly
• In-depth knowledge of the rules and regulations applicable to truck driving
• No recent violation of travel or driving
• Adaptability and foresight to manage unforeseen situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc.)
• Willingness to undergo background / drug / alcohol checks and provide employment recommendations
• Provide a complete medical report
• Be very disciplined and consistent
• Know how to handle stress
• Road transport school diploma
• Driving license valid for CE and CQC
• To have international passport

Key Account Executive

Location: Akure, Kaduna, Kano, Port-Harcourt and Warri

Industry: FMCG

The Key Account Executive is responsible for handling key accounts assigned to them; maintaining long term relationship with key personnel and maximizing the business potential of those customers through increasing sales opportunities and projects development.

Main Tasks include:
1. Effectively coordinate and track all activities occurring for each account assigned; starting from lead identification and tender generation up till final payment and cycle closure.
2. Establish, develop and maintain trust and business relationships with key personnel across various departments in assigned accounts; this helps in knowing and developing customer organizational structure per department.
3. Understand customers’ business, goals, needs and requirements and accordingly propose solutions that meet their objectives.
4. identify new areas of interest and generate new business.
5. Ensure successful and timely delivery of products and services to assigned accounts according to their specifications.
6. Ensure continuous customer satisfaction through delivering high on major customer performance criteria.
7. Arrange weekly visits to each customer to follow up on business.

Professional experience and requirements:
• 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG and Manufacturing related field
• Experience in driving is an added advantage

Job Specification:
Scope ROUTE & RETAIL OPERATION
• Responsibility of delivering monthly Primary target in value terms and volume set designated area.
• Ensure Area performance growth in Value and Volume.
• Requires less supervision.

Job Specific Comments
• Coordinate with the Sales Executives and adjust routes to improve Retail Redistribution Efficiency.
• To clearly define Redistribution Channels and Routes for the area of coverage.
• Ensure appropriate controls and reporting standards are in place to meet company requirements.
• Devise unique strategies and techniques to achieve retail redistribution standards.
• Devise unique strategies and techniques to improve performance of sales force with respect to coverage, strike rate, average drop size,

Range and volume sales.
• Carry out regular update of customer database, journey plans and route plan for Retail Redistribution Sales Force.
• Carry out field work and regular audit to ensure the perfect execution and implementation of Retail Redistribution Standards by field sales

Force across all channels.
• Conduct regular assessment of existing and New Key Customers/Distributors.
• Drive prompt compilation, analysis and preparation of Sales Performance Reports.
• Monitor and ensure excellent execution of promotions to achieve market share growth.
• Engage in sales staff training, capability development and accreditation.
• Build Sales Force capability through effective Monitoring, Coaching and Accompaniments.
• Continually improve Retail Efficiency by minimizing cost (Fuel) and maximizing Sales, through effective monitoring and tracking of Fuel

Purchase and vehicle usage.
• Ensure the Company Way of Working. Work for 6 days a week, adhere strictly to Permanent Journey Plan (PJP), visit 35 outlets per day, 210 outlets per week, achieve not less than 80% strike rate.
• Ensure proper documentation, placement, Coolers sales tracking & coolers purity is maintained by the SE/VSR.
• Managing the RTM Executives along with SE, VSR to ensure excellence in execution.
