@Plutonian nice on man. I too have been thinking about this change too and I hoped someday would meet like minds to work out something. I want to be an actor but I've been thinking about causing a change in our Nigerian movies. I realized that this change cannot come from just being an actor because I'd still have to act the same scripts and under the same producers and so I've decided to start from the story. Come February, By the grace of god, I hope to learn screen writing and film making at the Delyork/NYFA crash programme in Abuja. I believe one can make change starting from our stories then to the directing et al. I am currently a copywriter in an advertising agency but would like to pursue this course ASAP. Lets talks some more, would like to be a part of this revolution. |
Its really sad that things like this occur. These army, navy, Air-force men forget that they are supposed to protect Nigerians. But now its Nigerians like this poor man that should be protected from these uniform men. Some months ago on my way to work, a danfo driver for simply entering the front of an army guys car got the beating of his life. The man called lastma to stop the bus immediately. and the Lastma men did with fear. Before the driver could even try using the abeg technique some1 was talking about earlier, he was eating dust from the floor. He got kicked and tossed like football, it was like when Xabi Alonso is about to take a shot in football of something. I wonder when these military personnels would disappoint us by behaving mature for once. In as much as i respect them for their supposed job of protecting the country, I seriously have a huge disregard for their actions. Don't want to be insultive here in as much as its really itching me to blast the entities amongst them that carry out dastardly acts like this. I believe one day these things would be a thing of the past, then army men would fear the slightest threat from any civilian because of disciplinary actions that awaits. God bless Nigeria, but I think this incident should be taken up for action. |

have never used pre-design and i will never use it. i design from scratch and basically that's where they know if really you a web designer or not. What happens if u are been called to put up a website around 2am and u will get 100k for it but u got no internet what will you do?? All those boiler template or what do they call it self has limitations. So prefer scratch to pre-design. |

@dustiniyke. infact i plan to go into Nigerian Movies as an actor but I found out that, I have to first start with the story and hence I plan going into screenwriting. hopefully during next year's NYFA and Delyork film institute crash programme in Abuja. Please lets talk and rub minds, I wouldn't mind sharing some ideas with you. I believe the Nigerian movie industry is big with even greater potential. |
