I tried applying for express entry to put in my profile, I registered username, logged in but couldn't proceed any further to put in further details.
Please help, is it because of the express entry being on hold.

I logged in using GC Key but no info to start filling and updating profile it gives me continue option but returns to start page showing English or France option.

Oil & Gas Service Company: Ariosh Limited Flouts PENCOM Act and Tax Law, fails to remit deduction from staff

An Oil and Gas servicing company (Ariosh Limited) has consistently flouted the PENCOM act and the Tax Law due to failure to remit about 1year of taxes and pension deducted from staff salaries between 2020 and 2021.

Report has it that members of staff of the company have written through their lawyer to the management of Ariosh Limited to remit the yet to be remitted pensions and taxes deducted from their salaries for about 1year between 2020 and 2021 but the company has refused to yield to their call. See letter dispatched to the company.

It is reported that Ariosh management has a reputation for turning deaf ears to the concerns and cries of it's staff as it relates to the regulatory requirements on pension and taxes.

Relevant authorities likes PENCOM and LIRS need to step up their game in enforcing the statutory requirements on organizations like Ariosh Limited because they are denying government the requisite revenue and their staff the payable pension to secure their future.

Ariosh Limited needs to be brought to book by the relevant authorities. And Pay all outstanding debts owned to its employees
