Taiw:I don't know why you can't access the website on your tablet. But i know there is an explanation for it and im sure majority of the fault lie on the website itself. 2. Your ipad is a tablet NOT A PHONE. Basically you dont buy or supposed to use an ipad to make calls or send sms. The sim slot is there for you to access the internet. Just like your laptop with an inbuilt modem. A tablet (especially the direction the iPad is going towards) is ment to rival the laptop and not the mobile phone. Because some android manufacturers give you the option to make calls does not mean apple is trash. Alot of people which includes me are completely fine with the way the iPad is. If you prefer you tablet to make calls "based on your own preference!" Then simply buy an android tab than ask an ignorant question. 3. File directory(which is not all that needed) came with ios 11 4. It is the prevent sync/sending the wrong type of files to your phone. It could be files with a format the iPhone cannot read or corrupted or virus infected files. Its part of security measure. For the answer to your question. Apple products are always quality and they are the leaders of innovation in the world. Alot(not all) of technology used in the smartphone today where first on the iPhone. This a reputation apple has built over the years even before they announced the first iPhone. Therefore they have earned a surplus amount of praise. Apple is not over hyped 7 Likes |

Phones / Iphone X "New" Features That Already Existed by PhonePlanet(m): 9:39am On Sep 14, 2017 |
So the all new iPhone 8/8+ and iPhone X where all announced 2 days ago and although it came with thier impressive features, most of them already existed and not like it was a first on the iPhone like most people (especially on twitter) take it to be. So im going to mention each iPhone "new" feature and what phone it appeared first on starting off 1. FaceID FaceID is simply a method of authentication using your face in which the device would be able to recognise you. Although i admit apple made the technology work better, face recognition first showed up on the Microsoft Lumia 950/950 XL as well as the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 in 2015. The Lumia 950XL was also the first to appear with quad LED true tone flash, another emphasized feature of the iPhone X 2. Wireless charging Wireless charging seems to be the future now that its on the iPhone but no it was not the iPhone that "invented" it. No neither was it Samsung. Wireless charging was first ever introduced with the launch of Nokia Lumia 920 in 2012. The Lumia 920 was also the first to introduce OIS(Optical Image Stabilization) in it's camera and true tone HDR screen using AMOLED. This is what apple called "Super Retina" 3. Swipe to Home With the removal of Home Button on the front of the iPhone, it seems Apple came up with a great idea to go back home by swiping up from below right? We'll, not really. Don't say blackberry! Not only was Nokia N9 the first to remove any sort of buttons from the front of the phone, it was also the first to implement "swipe up to go home" as far back as 2011. The Nokia N9 also switched between apps by swiping from the edge left or right. Apple did the same on the new iPhone, but the "swiping" has to be done on the bar below the phone. 4. Bezel-less Display You should know obviously that this can't be a first on apple, flagships of both Samsung and LG had bezel-less displays this year. I still prefer the way Samsung did it over any other phone. Anyways. I can't really tell who did it first but Xiaomi Mi Mix Was on of the first phones (if not the first) to be announced with a bezel-less display some 2-3 years ago. Although with no doubt i can say Apple really improved on those technologies to make them work better But it's not like the iPhone did not come with some "first on the iPhone" features 1. Animoji is first on the iPhone X 2. A Neural engine on a chip is also first on the iPhone 3. As well as the new portrait mode that changes the background. (forgotten what they called it ) And that is that. Wassup guys! It's been a while i wrote an article 2 Likes |

oluwayimika123:What runs on those tablets even in GTBank are programs(apps) that runs in full screen and can't be minimised. Sometimes (rare occasions tho) the apps malfunctions, crashes or fail to start, at that moment you can access anything in the tab including a web browser. |

khalhokage:I don't know what you mean YouTube videos can give facts! Some people prefer to write articles, others make a video, they are passing the same information! And im more of a "watch videos" person than "reading" I already know about quantum computers and I just watched the first video to understand how it works. Are you going to tell me the YouTube video is wrong about how it works? or that quantum computers don't exist? The other two videos are by TED. If you need to do a research, maybe research what TED is. Those videos where uploaded by their verified YouTube page. But I only even need a verified source if the source is just saying yes or no and wants me to take it like that. Instead these videos explain how it is possible, in a way that is very understandable to the least scientist with some level of previous knowledge. So I don't know which other research you want me to do, you want me to actually show written work that says the same thing? Or something that must be from Wikipedia only? Keep Calm and Watch YouTube Videos 1 Like |

I am one of the few who believe technology has no limits and anything thought of can be achievable. I have gone into arguments before with my friend who thinks Teleportation is impossible! We'll I've been browsing alot about the most insane technologies humans have made and ran into some videos. I was happy to prove my friend wrong today after I watched this video. I also found out some other things and technology that humans once called impossible, are now in the works. Although, technology improves life's, my greatest fear in life is also that all of these technology might lead to a dooms day for planet earth! But that is just my opinion. 3 Videos 1. Explaining Quantum Computer 2. Explaining Teleportation 3. Explaining Time Travel https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JhHMJCUmq28 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JMdO5KyjwAw https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7H3ksmxwpWc |

Music/Radio / The Artiste Called Nneka by PhonePlanet(m): 3:17am On May 06, 2017 |
When we talk about legends of Nigeria music, people are always quick to mention Tuface or maybe d'banj....well This morning, as an upcoming artiste I decided to make a search about sony music, and you know how one search leads to another, I found out about some African artiste I never know about signed to Sony music even before wizkid and davido, way back to as of 2005. one of the artiste that caught my attention is SOMI never heard of her before, signed to sony music, has an entire album on Lagos Nigeria! yep, that's right. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3XwGevmSXsE But after somi, I moved on and landed on Nneka. Born in Warri. Signed to Sony Music, I knew Nneka back then, can't remember the year with her Hit song "Heartbeat". the video on youtube tho was published 25th October 2009 and has over 14 million views which by the way is almost an impossible height to reach by a Nigerian song released in 2009. tho she had a german mother, this girl grew in Nigeria and is full of the Naija energy, I just kept going from website to website, video to video on her. even thinking of downloading her albums. Her song "Heartbeat" is, of course, her biggest hit, and permit me to say it is arguably the biggest song by a Nigerian recognised internationally, I know a lot of our recent artiste are getting recognised worldwide and we obviously know that but how big Nneka was and how big the song heartbeat was, no Nigerian can actually truly tell because Nneka kind of music was not really accepted in Nigeria, but was well accepted in most part of the world. it is quite uncertain how big Nneka is which includes her songs. just also like we don't know how big some international artiste are, for example, somi. somi has hit no .1 on the US charts before and debuted on no. 2 on Billboard hot 100. maybe it's just me tho. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6ivg3J3h5Ps Heartbeat has so many remixes, remake and samples, and was even sampled by drake on I'm ready for you before being sampled on Rita Ora R.I.P. ft. Tinie Tempah and most of them are done internationally I mean outside Africa. yep, so Nneka had met and done something with drake way back before wizkid. the song had award nominations both in Nigeria and across the borders. but enough of heartbeat. she had other songs too that most of us probably don't know, cos again, she was not really listened to in Nigeria, ironically she spoke about Nigeria in most of her songs, and use Igbo and she even does have a song funny performed in pidgin English and that particular song was a soundtrack on Fifa 2010. I can't even imagine playing a soccer game and the next song that plays is in pidgin English. she has also worked with many other international artists including Nas as she did the remix of heartbeat with him. and has performed in top shows around the world and invited for interviews all over the world. recorded a song for the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa called "Viva Africa". The truth is, Nneka is a legend, there is nothing more to proof, her album Concrete Jungle was on billboard chart. her very first album Victim of Truth was declared "the year’s most criminally overlooked album", comparing it favourably to 'The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill' oh and I forgot! she also raps! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nneka_(singer) |
