It better beat the first ODYSSEUS!! Coz that one still lives rent - free in my head.
There's no known universe where Nolan's Odyssey will not beat the first, second or third Odyssey

Obsession really was worth all the press it received. Would I have watched it in the cinema? No. I would purchase it on blu ray without regret of any sort. I really enjoyed how the greedy main character got what he deserved in the end. The movie was a breath of fresh air compared to the corporate slop Hollywood has served for half a decade now.

What I enjoyed the most was how Nikki, despite being the victim of the possession, showed signs that she was at heart a stalker prone to going overboard emotionally. At first, she occasionally fights the possession and snaps out of it when acting out of her way. Afterward, when both characters admit their love for each other, she accepts the possession and goes with it. I don’t understand why she attacked herself at the party scene. None of her actions seemed out of the ordinary when one considers possessive personalities. Another scene I didn’t understand was the one afterward where she “resets.” Both characters reaffirmed their love for each other. What was the point of the entity reclaiming her body? I especially enjoyed how light was used to portray that she was possessed. It was like watching Insidious all over again. God, I loved that movie series.

All in all, it was an enjoyable use of time. The movie does not require a sequel. Nikki killed those people and should do jail time. There is no need to return to the universe. Make it a one-off movie and close the book.
With this your review, I just know I've finished the whole movie, there's nothing left to watch again.

The best action movie I've seen this year.

It reminds me of the Raid films back in the day.

Highly recommend.

When awilo’s songs were reigning back then in Nigeria rugger was definitely a baby which I believe he doesn’t even know who Awilo was then. Now see how a baby of that year met with a legend.
Ruger wasn't born when that song dropped.

the only thing I love about that Star Wars show are the Light Saber duels. They're amazing, everything else is just bleh. Amandla's acting made the show even worse off. Good God!!!.
The Light Sabers don't interest me. That's why Andor remains the only Star Wars content I've ever glazed about

You're correct but their real issue is that they are afraid to be self-dependent because they feel the South is far more advanced and they need 'one Nigeria' till they can catch up in terms of education, wealth, human devellopment ndex , industry, SME capacity, entrepreneural capacity etc.

@Topic. Impressive. I would even wish the North Discover more oil than the SS has so that, hopefully, their worthless leaders would develop their human resources instead of neglecting them so they become menaces to society through terrorism and banditry.

Trouble always follows her everywhere she goes.

I remember when Disney cast her as a lead in one of their popular Star Wars shows.

Fans didn't like the show, na so Amandla pick fight against Star Wars fans and started attacking them on social media.

She's one of the worst actors to work with in Hollywood.

The reason why doctors are disuading victims from tying the area above the bite site is that on many occasions, people tied the area too tight and for a long time until the help arrive. But by the time the help would arrive in many cases, the whole area that is tied up might have been cut off from the blood supply and it might have become completely dead as a result of lack of blood supply to the area. In such scenarios, the doctors have no any other choice than to cut off the whole area (it could be a leg or a hand).
What is recommended alternatively is if it is tied up, it should be loosen like every 5-10 minutes briefly before re-tight to let blood and oxygen pass to the area to avoid the whole area being dead before getting to the hospital.
I get your point 💯

Oh oh, although sandals and shield stories are not my thing, the movie is one of the best movies of all time and Nolan's best work yet.
The controversy is in a bubble
I believe the casting issue isn't that prominent in the movie. Helen of Troy will only appear in the "Trojan War" phase of the movie, and Elliot Page isn't playing Achilles as earlier speculated

Well, this is more of your medical opinion than substantiated facts.

Snake bites are not a recent thing... Before medical care got to this stage of advancement, snake bites occurred, and people still survived by doing some of these things you are condemning.

Not saying he is wrong... Just don't think he is fully correct, especially when you are dealing with highly venomous bites with a severely short window of survival and medical care is far away.
I know a woman who was bitten deep in the farm, she had to walk a long distance before she could find any form of transportation, but she had already tied the foot, and cut the bite.
While medical intervention is the best, it doesn't negate the fact that traditional treatment is still very helpful.
