Goodday every body. This NYSC stuff of a thing,i am 30 yrs old now and will graduate in 2mnts time which is july, and i will be 31 by october 21 this same year. Want to know if i will still serve or not? Cos in NYSC site they wrote that "Only those who, at the time of graduation, are above 30 years old are exempted" dn't think i really understand the statement. help me out pls

i just graduated from Russia with 3.49. pls wat is my CGPA is't 2.1 upper or 2.1 lower? how will 9ija rate it

like 4rm wht grade to wat grade is first class, n 4rm wat grade 2 wat grade is 2nd class upper n lower, n 4rm wat grade 2 wat grade is 3rd class.
