Pls Shout aye if you hear your name, don't forget to update with your baby's gender and EDD if you haven't done so. I'm sure we are all doing okay but just wanna be double sure.

As we gallantly step into the 3rd trimester, my prayer is that it will be easier than the first two. But let's help ourselves by minimising bending (I'm guilty of this one ), eating right, not just large volumes of high carb foods but nutritious foods in moderate quantities (fruits, veggies, smoothies and fluids)

Let's remember that our LOs are rapidly adding weight at this stage so don't be too shocked if when you step on that scale, what you see surprises you. Who's neck is getting darker? Nose getting wider? Milk factory getting bigger? Shortness of breath especially after climbing the stairs? _{Kpekusing getting clumsier?} It's all part of the package so let's embrace it with joy because very soon, we will miss pregnancy days, the kicks, LO turning and flipping inside us and the likes.

How's the shopping going? God's provision will never cease in our homes and may we never lack all we need to take care of our little ones, Amen.

Whatever we can buy before we hit the 35th week mark let's try and get because we never can tell when LO will decide to come. Though we pray our babies come when God says. Now is also the time to seriously start looking into the various birth plans our respective hospitals have planned out for pregnant women. The internet is there to watch videos and prep our minds. Also, let's learn from other mum's past experiences...

Let's feel free to come in here and ask questions, read birth stories and wish other mamas well as they put to bed. May others rejoice with us too when it's our time

aye oh.feel so tired these days.feel pain whenever am walking which makes me walk like someone that just finish kpekusing. Really praying for december to come oh.cant wait to see my precious baby.My tummy looks so big like someone that will give birth next month. People in my office are saying iyaibeji no go born for office oh with this your big belle.

Cappo,present oh.just down have been down wit chicken pox,dnt knw where I got it from.oh.it hasnt been easy at all.you don c where persn dey cry fpr hospital say the pain too much.thank God am getting better sha.na unto quarantine tins for hospital now.

PART THREE
On my knees l cried to God . I told God you are alive and not asleep. The same God that gave me a son.He is able to give me more children. That this time I would carry to term.
A Year and three months after l took in again and meet a different gyne.  He started me on cyclogest and aspirin from day 1. Cerclage was done @ 12 weeks and l was on bedrest with leave of absence without pay. 
After the cerclage l was placed on ventolin along side with cyclogest and aspirin.  At 26weeks my BP was high 190/90. Was placed on Aldomet and nifedipine and the ventolin was stopped. Although sometimes I was scared but l had confident in God that this time l shall carry to term.
The Doc told me once l get to 32 weeks he will bring out the baby. At 30 weeks BP was ok but l was still placed on Aldomet and nifedipine.
After 32 weeks the Doc extended the cyclogest to 34 weeks but the aspirin was stopped.  At 34 weeks l stopped the cyclogest.
All this time I was on strict bed rest.
Immediately I stopped the cyclogest l started having mild contraction.
By 35 weeks 6 days the contraction was so strong l had to go to the hospital.  The Doc said it is time to bring my baby out as my BP is normal.

Cs was performed smoothly and my princess was brought out weighing 3.2kg.  I was just crying in theatre.  Thank God for making me a Mother again.

My dear,you did not give up and God did not disappoint you.The Lord that did it for you will do it for mamas passing through one issue or the other IJN. He that gave you a son and a daughter will never cause you to weep again,he will always provide resources for you to take care of the kids IJN.

Worst part is this gradual depression that's creeping in. I don find work tire since I left my last job in April, but none is forthcoming. Infact I never even get invite to interview sef and dh is getting worried. For 3years that we dated b4 marriage, I've never been jobless longer than 1 month! It's been 4 months now and I still de house. E de worry me seriously and I get agitated and upset whenever dh brings up the issue as I sometimes blame myself for being jobless! Aand no one would definitely want to employ a pregnant woman in this Abuja. 
I no even know wetin to do again! 

And then at my 7week scan, I was there is a 3.9 x 3.3cm anterior intramural fibroid. With tears I asked dr how bad it is, and he saaid it's not bad that only thing is I'll sometimes feel pain. Hmm! I was not worried abt it b4 bt I find myself worrying abt it so much lately because I remember in 2013 when I had my apendix surgery where I almost died, there was a girl who had fibroid, Hmmmm! Na only God save her o!!!

Jazzyjazz,my dear,dnt feel bad dat u dnt hv a job at hand now.i dnt think any org pr company is gonna employ a pregnant woman esp dis buhari(change period).so just take ur mind away from.getting a job for now but will advise you to keep applying for any vacancy that comes your way cos sm mite recieve your cv and mite not call you immediately.it mite b like months after you submit your cv and at the same time if you can keep yourself busy with any good business that can keep you busy and not too stressful.

Dnt worry just keep praying.you will carry to term ijn.

U can try pampers premium care.i switched to it from huggies when huggies was becoming very expensive for me.

Used ukhuggies for my first Lo too.very good.the one in white transparent nylon is d us abi na uk but d one in red nylon is southafrica.use d white one and u will neva regret it altough kinda expensive but it worths it.

Pelvimetry scan is done in a lab abi na diagnotic centre.d day i did mine i was naked only pant n bra and i stood infront of one machine dem use weda na ruler gauge me.it is a machine sha.just to check ur pelvis wether it is adequate for baby.i did mine like 3 yrs ago oh and it was 5k i think.not painful sha.it is good you do it.

I teach in a private skool,our Head teacher a lady during teachers briefing last week said DAT we pregnant women av not notify d management about our pregnancy so dey don't believe they av any pregnant staff imagine.she said we were suppose to inform d management once we know we are pregnant.pls who does not.
Yesterday dis same lady said anoda tin DAT we are suppose to submit our letter for maternity leave the day we put to bed so that our leave will start reading from that day.

Now my question is this,for those DAT work in private organization when do u apply for mat leave,do u inform ur boss about ur pregnancy before showing bcus dis our HM is just a lousy and badbelle lady.

Initially in my organisation you apply 3weeks before your edd but they noticed so many people dnt apply and they go into labour while at work and we also had an incidence for the first time in february where a pregnant staff died so they made it compulsory for all pregnant staffs to submit a copy of first scan and dey must go on leave a month before EDD.I believe since that is what your school management want discuss with them and if you are ok then go ahead with their decision.
