Subscribe 1 month, get 1 month free (I.e 2 months) hence the 4gb allocated to that subscription. u can only subscribe for this once! After then u won't be eligible for it again and will have to use the regular subscription which is *440*16# for 2gb.
P.s Everybody is eligible for the 4gb as long as you haven't subscribed and used it before and can only be subscribed for once.
