yes you are very correct. Your transaction will be declined severally but to avoid that just fund your card to N190/dollar. Your card was rejected due to low funds. Official dollar rate is now around 184 naira including bank charges it will be around 190. We need a president with vision that can tackle all this man made inflation otherwise we should get set to pay 250naira/dollar. It is not funny at all.
