I have this enquiry for a friend.
He just got his student visa and that of the kids. Is it posible to invite her MIL over to assist with the kids on a visit visa where by the MIL would not stat more than 6 months of the visit visa issuance. Please how can she go about this as having the MIL around her will ease taking care of the kids.
Please advise on best approach legally for this to ensure the MIL is issued her visa.
*NB* She is in school already but the kids are yet to join her though they have their VISA already.

No they don’t. I think they are the fairest. 1k deposit and CAS is issued. The you can pay up the balance before 6months.

What I mean is are we paying the 50 percent of fees of the remaining fees balance after we must have paid the initial deposit or is the initial deposit fee included in the 50 percent..?

50% of the total fees. For example if you total fee is 14k and you have paid 4k deposit. U will also need to pay another 3k to amount 7k which 50% of fees. But of it’s a 2years course. U will pay 50% of first year fees.

You will generate an invoice then pay through the bank. Or you can pay through your card.

Also note that you have to pay 50% of fees before enrollment.

Pls, I need help with this situation, I’m applying as a student with my husband and our child but my husband was removed from the UK in 2008 under a different name from what he used to get his visiting visa after overstaying. He has served more than 10 years ban (13 precisely) which was applicable to the removal from the UK.
Now as a dependent to my application, is it advisable to apply together or separately (I mean after we have left)? Though we intend to write a letter to come out clearly of the situation stating the removal with “alias name” and also showing full remorse and lesson learned from the situation.
My concern is that if we apply together, wouldn’t his situation affect me and my child from getting the student visa if otherwise considered as not acceptable by the VO?
Please advise on what could be the best option to explore.

Since he has served his ban. I believe it won’t have any effect. He should be true to all the informations provided. However, i will suggest you seek expert ideas from some agents/immigration experts around your hood as this is a very sensitive case. Cheers and i wish you luck.

Your Nigerian license is an international license and can be used for one year. But i also advice you to enroll with a tutor so you can also pass their driving test to enable get their license.

1. I think ielts is compulsory for Data science because I know someone who Resumed in September and had to write it.

2. 50% upon enrolment then contact the finance department on how you want to pay the rest.

3. There are only 2 IOM centers in Nigeria. Lagos and Abuja. So you'd have to go to one.

yes. your time will continue to count. u can only continue the test if and only if u log In wen the assigned time for the test ie 40mins has not elapsed. but if it has elapsed wat will be shown to u is ur test score. thats why u re being advised to do the test where u have good network signal for ur internet connections.
