Dangote is a funny man. As a local producer he should be able to push the marketers out of business by lowering his price and not hope for govt to do his dirty work. If his management lowers the profit margin, I'm sure he will force the importers out of business. Banning PMS importation because of just one refinery is bad because there will be no competition. However the govt should do more jobs and ensure it's 4 refineries are working optimally before they could ban importation

I don't know how any sane person will support Tinubus govt, previous govt maintained pms price at 180 naira per liter comfortably till this new government took over, on the day of his inauguration he announced subsidy was gone without consulting stake holders and within 2 days of his government pms Price soared to 600/liter against the 180.

I wouldn't have any issues if subsidy was actually removed to help government save but what I don't understand is why will he go back and start paying 3X of what other government paid as subsidy yet fuel is 960 here...

He should accept the fact he has failed Nigerians and has no clue what he's doing...

This will increase the plight of the people of south East.

He will get his day in court where he is certain to get a fair hearing, and the courts will decide his fate

But what surprises me about all this is that those who hail Ekpa's arrest failed to learn with Nnamdi Kanu. The arrest will solve nothing. Taking out the leader of a movement, is not same as taking out the movement its self.

To take out the movement, you have to address the underlying issues that brought about the movement. Otherwise, all you are doing is effecting leadership change while the issue remains the same, if not made worse.
